Received the product a few years ago and after a move, finally set it up this summer. The product worked great for a couple of months and then stopped working. Product Support was responsive, but unfortunately there is no reset feature or easy resolution. I did receive a link for 10%, just did not expect to need another one so soon.

First of all, this Sunthin Smart Outdoor Dimmer, is amazing a easy to set up. I love how easy it works and how beautiful it looks in the evening. Customer service is also amazing. I highly recommend this product.

This makes me look like a superstar in my wife’s eye! She/I can control my lights from my phone; including cutting on/off, timer, brightness/dimness, programing, and host of other features. Just don’t like that I didn’t get color changing lights…lol

I use mine indoors, in the same room with my router. It worked fine for a few weeks but started going offline every few days. The seller kindly sent me a replacement and this one works very well, gives me great control over a very bright (dimmable) LED floor lamp.

Hey Alexa, how’d I’d live without this?! If I owned a smart device I might pose this question, but we’re late adapters…after buying outdoor lights it got old real quick to manually turn off & on, plus you’ll want to dim them. So be “smart” & buy this w/ your lights! The smart life app is easy to download & use, plus you can add more items to control remotely. Fave feature? Time the lights to come on, dim & turn off when you want! Did I mention it’s compatible w/ smart home devices like Google assistant & Alexa? How ‘bout that!

Loved the outdoor dimmer and thought we wouldn't need to worry! Setup was easy and it worked amazing! Just this past weekend, I returned to the house with the dimmer and it was no longer working. I tried inside at a different outlet and it still doesn't work. For $30 I expected the outdoor product to last outside for more than a month. The return window for the product just ended too. Now, I'm out a dimmer/control for my lights and have to buy a replacement. I'm going to be looking for a different one since this one didn't seem to be able to handle being outside.

I at first thought the dimmer didn’t work until I found the remote in the box and it works perfect from any direction. I can dim all the way from 100, 75, 50 to 25% light as you can see they look beautiful around the pool. Highly recommend
