They look very cheap. Not substantial at all. Hope they last. Also the shipping was almost 9 bucks coming from a state next to me. Will probably send back. I have a Levitron that I have had for over 10 yrs that I thought needed to be replaced. Unfortunately it was the newer led bulbs. These inferior plugs will be sent back.

The circuit inside suffers from hysteresis and nonrepeatability. Meaning, sometimes I have to slide the slider half way to get my LED lamp to come on, other times I barely move it and it comes on.I use this on my bedside lamp and want the lamp to come on at a low light level in the middle of the night (as a nightlight). Sometimes it does, other nights it comes on bright. Not repeatable.

The ease of use it great. It provides the perfect amount of light when you want to wind down. It also gives the tight amount of light when it is time to wake up without hurting your eyes. My husband and I have one on each side of the bed. When one of us is awake this provides the perfect amount of light as to not disturb the other one.
