Used on our roof that sprung a leak. I applied this when it was sprinkling out and it bonded to the roof metal well. It's been about a month and so far so good. Would purchase again.

Used to seal RV Vent. I thought I was in for a difficult messy project with high potential for failure. Turned out this stuff is surprisingly easy to work with. It’s self-leveling giving a professional finish even for us amateurs. I did research that pointed to Polyvinyl Chloride being the best sealant for metal roofing and wasn’t disappointed. My RV vent leak stopped, looks professional, and hasn’t leaked through several storms now, including tropical storm Hillary last August.
This should do the trick

Our metal roof was leaking at flashings and this product was easy to apply, adhered well, and stopped the problem. Only complaint is it's VERY hard to open. I had to use a drill and bit to puncture it so the material would flow. Don't try to open it with any other method as it's a total waste of time.

The sealant quality is OK, however when you try and puncture the seal, the product uses a thick plastic. It was impossible to use the caulking gun puncture tool and even with a sharp awl excessive force was required. The product then leaked at the base of the applicator making a total mess.
