This works just fine but it kinda looks/feels "cheap". I mean, it was - so I guess that's ok - but the more expensive ones definitely present as higher quality.But it's totally functional.If you use this somewhere that gets really hot - like turbocharger exhaust - it holds up fine until you touch/manipulate it. It'll just fall apart if your try to remove/reinstall it. Not a ding against this product - they all do that.

Using this on the pipe to a small hot tent stove to protect the canvas tent. Works fine as it can easily handle the heat in this application.
