Clamps hold it very well just put it around an exhaust pipe and tighten the clamps 👍

So far it’s seems to be a nice quality heat wrap. I installed the today with new motor mounts. My headers melted the top part of the motor mounts from heat. Let’s see how well these heat wrap work. They a burning in for sure just like header wrap. Boy do they stink.Giving 4 stars. After a week or 2 I’ll do an update after everything gets broken in.

Using this wrap to keep exhaust pipe heat off my foot and oil pan. It's a really nicely made section of wrap, which works perfectly in that use. I don't have to bother cutting it, or trying to fix the cut end. Just absolutely ideal for a short length of pipe you need a head shield for, but won't quite fit a solid heat shield. Five confident stars on this item. Very well made.

I needed some sort of heat shield to protect the right side bag on my bike. There are metal shields on the market, but I feel as though this will fit better, and hopefully perform better.I will need longer stainless steel ties, but that’s okay.

I burnt the ever living crap outta my calf doing hoodrat stuff. 3rd degree burn bad. Bought this shield and haven't had any issues since. Excellent fit and for me the color matches pretty close.
