I am using to hold a full size mag wheel on my trailer. I did weld it so I'm not using the bolts and clamp.

This thing is beefy, looks great, and is packaged well. The only downside is that it looks a little silly on my trailer since it's obviously thicker steel than my trailer.

Went to put the tire on and the plate broke off of the arm. Looks like it was only tack welded in a corner. This is a very big issue due to safety. If this had come off driving down the road that could have been catastrophic. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Spare tires are those things you never need until you do. This will fit a spare right on the frame so I never have to think of it again. There are cheaper options and fancy U-bolts, but I like how this will raise the tire higher for better ground clearance.The bracket has multiple holes and the screws are long enough that it can be installed on almost anything. The screws are actually too long for me, but I might go in with an angle grinder and cut off the excess on this and my trailer jack bolts so I don't scrape up my legs moving around it. If you don't want to grind down the bolts, maybe look into some rubber screw covers so you don't get scratched.Since the bolts are so long, I am thinking I might also just attach this to the wood on the front or side of my trailer, but since it's pretty new I don't want to drill holes in it just yet.

Purchase this to use my work trailer to get the spare tire out of the inside. Seems to be built well, easy to install, and I think it will last for a good while.
