Honestly I wish I had just saved and bought a Hexclad. Yes it works. Completely non-stick, no, at least not with eggs. My biggest issue with the pan is that it is slightly domed in the center where the spot is, so nothing sits correctly in it. I should have returned it

Bought it primarily for poaching eggs. Works great for poaching. Haven't tried it for other uses, but can see that it would be good for braising chicken, beef, pork, etc.

I really enjoy this wonderful pan. It washes perfectly - by hand, no dishwasher for this beauty. Great size and nice high sides. You will love cooking with this amazing T-fal pan!

This T-fal oven-safe skillet with lid is a fantastic addition to anyone's kitchen - yours or someone else who likes to cook. The skillet is super-sturdy with great handles. It's BIG - and can hold / cook a dish for 4 or more. The ceramic interior coating is non-stock and MUCH safer than traditional non-stick coatings. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent pan on most counts. I've been gentle with it to preserve the nonstick coating (hand wash, soft utensils) but wish I didn't have to treat it so gingerly. That being said, performance has been fantastic. The large size and ease of transfer between stove and oven are just right. My only design qualm is the slight raise to the center of the pan. It causes some unevenness but doesn't drastically impact the end result.

I wanted a good pan to oven, cooking pan, this is it! Cleans up so easily, cooks evenly and I love the 2 handles verses the long 1 big bulky handle kind. Worth the cost. TFal has never disappointed me, especially their cost and quality compared to others.
