Was nice to adjust easy, but broke wire the first day of using brace. So had to buy different style.

I tried every possible brace and option after developing pain in my right arm/elbow region which I learned was “golfers elbow”. The dial and padding of the brace allow pinpoint pressure to resolve the issue versus any other solution available. I strongly recommend this for anyone experiencing similar pain related to either golf or tennis. Any other solution is a band aid and will not resolve the issue.

I don't have huge arms, and this barely fits around them....

First, the good: There are a million braces on the market addressing tennis and/or golf elbow (the same braces are used for both injuries, but worn in different spots on the forearm muscles), and they all work. Tennis elbow braces are a super simple concept. Where this product differentiates itself is a super novel and really helpful way: most people apply the brace themselves and thus need to do so one-handed. With the traditional style, there is a strap that you have to pull and attach to velcro to hold the brace in place. It is always finicky holding or keeping the gel part of the brace in the right location on the muscle while you then pull that strap really hard to get the right tension. Inevitably, you end up pulling the gel out of place as you are trying to tighten the brace. What is GREAT about this product's design is that it uses a different tightening mechanism by which you simply apply the brace, and then twist a dial that uses cables to add or remove tension to tighten the brace. This is really easy to do with one hand and never results in the brace slipping out of position. Brilliant. It stays secure and is really easy to adjust. The only downside is that the overal size is somewhat limited. If, like me, you have larger forearms it may be really difficult or impossible to use this brace because you simply cannot slide far enough up your forearm to position it. It would be 5 stars if this brace indicated it's size, and even better if they offered either a really large one that would cover all forearms, or offered an additional large size that would work for me.

Tennis / Golf Elbow Brace - Reviewed January 12, 2025As a tennis racket that’s seen plenty of matches and delivered countless aces, partnering with the Tennis / Golf Elbow Brace has been a real game-changer! The clever knob-based system hugs the arm just right, providing that perfect mix between a secure grip and comfort that has both my player and me swinging with ease. The fabric feels like a soft cushioned grip, allowing for smooth, unrestricted play all day long. With this brace, I notice the arm holding me can move fluidly, delivering those powerful serves and backhands without a hitch. It's light and breathable, so it doesn't slow my human down even during the longest rallies. It's almost like we're back in championship form, with less tension and more precision in every hit. However, after a few sets, it could benefit from a quick adjustment to keep everything in place. The nifty knob system makes this a breeze.Compared to all the gear changes I’ve witnessed, this brace is definitely a keeper. Even if it’s a tad pricier than others on the market, the comfort and performance boost it provides make it a worthy investment. Now, if only we could team up and convince a few more rackets out there—they’d all play better for it!
