I first bought a size that was smaller than my measurements since reviewers complained about stretching out. The small size was actually cutting off circulation. I then ordered a medium and that fit snug but not too tight. I would go by the recommended measurements. I pulled the measuring tape a little tight to account for older flabby upper arms while measuring and that helped get to the right size for compression. Unless you are going to wear this for months at a time and all day long, I wouldn't worry about stretching since the sleeve provides decent compression. There are also grippy rings around the lower and upper edge of the sleeve so they don't slip down easily. Don't forget ice and rest too because this sleeve does not cure tennis elbow but it can make your elbow feel more supported. Good value for the money. Quality fabric and product. They send 2 so if only one arm needs it, you have a spare.

I got a large and my upper arm is 15inch and it fit great. The rubber kind of irritated my skin after a while. It allows pressure but doesn’t necessarily help with pain as much as I would like. I’m keeping them but also just purchased a different type of brand and brace.

Again this is much more effective than more expensive elbow braces.It does not roll up. Gives me complete cover From my elbow through my four arms. I wear a copper fit sleeve underneath. Be sure to wash it off.Every workout with soap and water and air dry. This will help at last.

I have a much larger upper arm. Measuring my elbow a large was ordered but it was like a tourniquet on my upper arm. Would not be able to wear it.I don't think I'm going to size up because the rest of it would be too loose.

I got this pair of elbow compression sleeves to help with my tennis elbow that flared up again. They are great! Made from a blend of nylon and spandex they are soft on the skin and stretchy. No binding or chafing at all and they have just the right amount of compression for me.The added support to the joint really helps when moving around and lifting. The extra elasticity in the upper and lower cuff really help to keep it in place, although it does still move a little bit over time and with use.There is a pattern in these sleeves, and I have not yet determined if it is functional or decorative as I have been wearing them as pictured, spot on the elbow. I may try different ways to see if it makes a difference but in the end I am not sure I care that much.Overall if you are looking for extra support for your elbows these are great.

I have quite a few issues with my joints but have to do quite a bit of heavy lifting.I do feel a bit better after using it compared to when I do the same without, but whether it's purely down to the brace I'm not sure.

The top of the sleeve seems to have lost its elasticity simply from use. I put it on backwards, inside out and then roll it up and over so I don’t have to pull at it to avoid unnecessary stretching it. But it’s no longer snug and probably will not be buying in the future.**** Update **** customer service representative reached out and offered a replacement to correct my issue and the service was outstanding. Replacement was fast and the new sleeves are holding up and no issues or complaints.

I suffer some pain in my right elbow so I got these compression sleeves in large size in grey and wear one on a daily basis.The sleeve slips on to my arm very easily and whilst clearly providing compression support, it doesn't feel overly tight or uncomfortable. I have found that the top part of the sleeve is a little less tight then the bottom part on the lower arm but that will be due to my own individual arm shape as I have relatively large forearms. The sleeve looks good too and almost appears to be some sort of under armour.I always put a sleeve on in the morning and wear it while working from home as it helps alleviate most of the pain when sitting at my desk.A good product that works well for me.
