I used this to monitor calls when training a new employee in a call center environment. You can hear both parties and speak as well.

Easy to plug and play with my at&t business phone system. My only complaint is that with both headsets plugged in, the sound is not as loud as it needs to be on the customer's end. We have to speak a little louder than usual.

Products is fairly. customers should not expect long life out of this unit. It's simple splitter. My problem with it. Is there should be a line mute so you can listen and not have pick up from microphone on one of the ports. This would make the product much more valuable. Its two-way audio all the time. Not Ideal for training someone as a phone agent. may work for other things. I ended up using something else that works much better. Still have this in a pinch.

I got this for a Cisco phone so I can have 2 handsets for when I use translation services for a client.
