This item was useless. I tested my water with it and there was no reaction at all. I went back to the Clorox branded OTO and it register fine. I would not recommend buying this manufacturer. I will stick with what I know works.

It did not indicate chorine even when the pool was over chorinenated and not safe to swim.

Works and isn't too expensive. It is very important to keep the chemical levels at the proper settings in your spa to prevent the metal parts from corroding, scum and algi buildup and bacteria from forming. By not keeping a close eye on my chemical balance I have lost two heaters to the insides corroding out. Now that I know what was causing the problem I check my chemical balance daily.
