The solar panel was a great addition for my usage, no more dead batteries to change. I now have 5 Tactacams and have been very satisfied with them.

I had a the first version of the Reveal and stepped up to the 3.0. Very good pictures and incredibly easy to set up using your phone. Having the solar panel is really necessary as batteries just don't seem to last long no matter which ones you employ. With the solar panels on both Reveal cameras now I have not had to change out batteries in over 3 months so far with 100% charge being reported daily.

I ordered 3 of these and one came without the camera but they immediately replaced. We use these everyday with no problems. Great purchase.

Camera takes great pics, Followed set up instructions and turned out to be pretty simple. Map on the app shows where the camera is located almost to the foot!!! I plan on buying another one.

Bought for my husband. He loves it except it didn't come with the rechargeable battery which I found odd. Ordered it separately. But he's happy so I'm happy. Pictures are very clear. Ty

I bought the solar panel and the camera. I put 12 regular AA batteries in it, with the solar panel attached. Theres no directions in the box to setup the solar panel. Very little directions for the camera. Already have to replace the batteries. Will probably try the new $70 battery pack to see if that helps. You also have to pay monthly subscriptions if you want to use the app.
