I have 5 of these cameras. Simple to use and weather proof. Only thing that could be better would be an anti fog/dew lense. That is the same with all trail cams though. I have instlled a hood over my cameras that helps a lot . The stealth has been eliminated but thieves notice the camera with a cover on top . The deer don't care.

I love this camera! I bought my second one because I had lost (or was stolen) my first one. It gets the job done and has so many settings to make it for what you need it for!

We have had the GardePro for a number of years so we could find out what critters are in and around our backyard. My partner manages it. His review: It's been a good camera after getting used to the settings which is probably typical for trail cams. Daytime pictures are great. Night time provides good documentation but because of the low light the shutter is slower, so unless the animal is very still it won't be super sharp. Still great documentation! The battery compartment stopped working (only worked on AC power). GardePro support via email (support@gardeproshop.com) was super helpful in sending me troubleshooting information and ultimately providing a replacement when none of it worked. It did take persistent follow up but they came through. I greatly appreciate that!

Takes good clear daylight photos ok nighttime photos, videos are ok, BUT the mounting straps are to high on the camera where it's hard to aim the camera low enough to capture photos close in front of the camera. The field of view is wide enough but pretty small for getting photos of animals close in front of the camera even after trying to aim the camera pointing toward the ground, plus I have several brands of game cameras but this one uses up batteries a lot faster than the other brands!!!

This is my third purchase of this, it is a replacement for an older name brand camera that has to long of a delay for first shot and second shot gap was so long you missed your game. There will now be 6 of these out in the field next year. Simple set up easy use great pictures, you will need to get your own SD card though.

Had this thing a while now and we love seeing all the animals that stalk the neighborhood at night.Pros: UI is very good, the little preview screen works great - easy setup - ran a long time on one set of batteries - decent range and detection - tons of funCons: middling photo quality. it might produce 24mp photos but the sensor is definitely not 24mp they just blow up the photos for marketing purposes. -1 star for that. as for the quality of the pics closer to native resolution: not bad, not great. good enough for fun but don't expect to be making postcards or wall prints from your captures.sometimes slow to start capturing: even with no delay and no photos I would get a lot of animal butts. we found the video quality to be just as good as the photos (if not better) so I turned off photos hoping to get video to start sooner but ended up missing even more. Seems to work best with a single capture then video.Overall: works great for the price, It would definitely be 4 star if they were just honest about the actual sensor size.

Company said that they would send a replacement, but they never did. Either this product is not as advertised, or I received a lemon, and company (Zopu Digital Technology) does not stand behind their product.

Super disappointed. No matter how I program it, over and over and over, it does one thing only: takes a 40 sec video every minute, on the minute, for about 3 straight hours in the middle of the day. The programming I have set is NOT for that, and I have checked and reset over and over (and over). I have now 5 different kinds of trail cameras, all different, and all the others work perfectly. This one is not triggered by motion or noise. I just takes that darn video every single minute for a few hours of the day, then apparently shuts itself down for the next 21 hours. And I set it to do something very different. The video quality is very good, and if the camera could be set to do something other than what it does, it would be an excellent camera for the price. Maybe I just got a faulty one.Addition a few days later: still not taking videos correctly (YES, it is on the right settings). Was told to do factory reset. Did so. It did not reset. Settings were still where I had them. Also, there is no "playback" of video on the camera itself--you can look at a still of each video, but cannot do more. That means the screen for viewing on the camera itself is useless and there is no need for it.

This is an update on my Garde Pro E5s and E5. My first Garde Pro was a A3. Since that gift, I have purchased 4 E5s and 2 E5. They are advertised as 24 and 32mp but they're really 32 and 48MP photos. I take just videos on all my Cameras and both modelstake 1280(?). I use external rechargeableb12v batteries on all of them. The video and sound quality are better than any other trail cams I've ever used, and it's been many. My hunting friends are amazed at the videos I send them. You can hear footsteps and deer chewing food!! I actually had a raccoon trip one 2 weeks ago and being set to take 1 minute videos, I actually got a lighting strike and thunder on one. I had 1 camera go bad and contacted customer service. They had me try a few things and when nothing worked, they promptly sent me a new one. I just looked and the E5s is currently on Amazon for $40. If you're looking for a great trail cam at a great price, now is the time to buy. Trust a guy that proudly owns 7 Garde Pro trailcam
