Your cart is empty.Designed for bar stools and swivel chairs. It has a 1-3/16"-thick front and a 7/8"-thick back. Use this 3º tilt swivel on chairs or stools designed with a slight backward tilt. Overall size is 7" x 7". Heavy 12-gauge steel plates run smoothly on a full ball-bearing race. Mounting slots on corners (5-1/4" center-to-center) accept round head screws or bolts.

This product was perfect to replace my rusted out bar-chair swivels. I had left the originals out in the weather for far too long without treating and/or protecting them. When the bearings finally rusted out due to my neglect, I was faced with the proposition of spending several hundreds of dollars to replace the four chairs OR eighty dollars (and some sweat labor) to repair them. This product was exACTly what I needed.

This product was great, it was exactly what I needed, the swivel is smooth and turns with ease. On a side note, this swivel is packed with grease but has not been moved when you get it , so the first couple of turns are hard, after the grease disperses over the bearings it is perfect.

We have two bar stools that we've had for 6 years. We have not been able to find stools like this since we bought them. One of the swivels (the race) broke. The replacement swivels I looked at had fewer ball bearings and a lighter gauge steel, but cost more money. Swivels of equal quality were 3 times as much. After using this swivel for 2 minutes, I ordered a second one for the other stool. And of course ordering from Amazon is the best!

this item i needed for my kitchen chairs and this vender, or part, was the only place i found what i needed. they workout very well.. good quality , and fast shipping time. good price.these were or are heavy duty type and my old ones , on the chairs, lasted over 28 yrs.
