I bought the blue vinyl stool for my hobby room. It's the most solid and durable stool I've ever purchased but I regret getting the vinyl option. It seats very hot. The seat cushion doesn't breathe at all. It's also very slippery. What's disappointing is that this stool is built to last for years and the seat top and back rest could easily be replaced but Perch Walter only sells replacement seat tops but not back rests. If you wanted to switch to fabric or a different color, they literally tell you the only option you have is to order a new stool because you can't buy a matching back rest. You would think with a quality stool like this you'd be able to order replacement parts for everything but you can't. I strongly recommend the fabric stool unless you're using it in a medical environment where you need to keep it relatively sterile or are using it in an environment where you might spill something on it and need to easily wipe it clean. All other use cases get the fabric!

Fast shipping and great communication from Perch Walter. Chair was well packaged and unboxing and assembly took less than 15 min.The chair is very comfortable. Love the wide seat and backrest. Perfect chair for hours at the hobby table!

This stool has a back adjustment which I really. Easy to assemble. Comfortable - highly recommend. - My husband loves this stool!

I received the "Perch Walter Rolling Height Adjustable Doctor's Stool" last week. It was very easy to put together and adjust the chair to my liking. This chair is top quality and looks fantastic. We have LVT flooring and this chair rolls freely around my office. I researched a lot of chairs and couldn't find one I liked until I saw this one. And the price is less than most of the office chairs I looked at and much better quality.

Need an adjustable chair without armrests? There are many scrawny looking chairs on Amazon in the $100 and below range, but they didn't look like they would provide good service for many years. I decided to purchase the Perch Walter chair and I am glad I made that choice. All the parts are substantial in durability, fit together well, and have an ergonomic feel when sitting. The adjustability options are robust and are a plus in my book. Perhaps cliche but I will summarize this stool as a "professional chair" because it makes me feel like I am ready to get focused and get on with my tasks.
