This is a little more robust than the average office chair. It takes like 5 minutes to put together with no tools. It just all fits together into a solid shop chair. Pneumatics work great.Adjustable tilt on the seat would have been nice, but the extra robustness is probably worth not having it.I can't vouch for the castors because I put my own on.

Lowest setting is too tall. Wheels can't be removed.

First, the good: the seating surface of the chair is GREAT. I as looking for something more solid, not as "cushy" as seemingly everything else out there.However, the hydraulics are terrible. First day, the chair would slowly, slightly fall, especially if I re-positioned or turned. If I raise up, it raises up, only to slowly fall again.Probably going to send it back and do something else. Was hoping this would be good.
