After years of purchasing mediocre chairs for my small office, with disappointing results, I took a chance on this one. Several emails with Perch were answered quickly. Admittedly I was suspicious dealing with a company I had never heard of, a product I could not personally inspect.My stool was shipped quickly, excellently packed. Went together in just a few minutes. It was exactly what I ordered. I'm pleased and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality product.

Source Medical paid for repairing attachments to back rest that were drilled wrong at manufacturing..but now 7 months after having chair, the pump that keeps it in place is not working They have not responded back in over a week from repeated phone messages and e-mail. The seat does not stay up and sinks down when sitting on it for more than a few minutes.
