It was a returned item that was "like new." The cuffs seem to be 100% in function and appearance. The packaging, however, looks to have been covered in mud and torn apart prior to being packaged for shipping

I bought these for errrm private time with the girlfriend. I should have bought the lever locks, as using the butt end of the key to lock the cuffs from ratcheting tighter can be a little distracting, but they're well built, and they're definitely "wiggler proof"Most people buying these are likely LEO, I'm not. I'm just weird.5 star for sure. These definitely help me make her behave (a little bit) moreso then usual. Hehe

Some of the reviews for this item state that the cuffs are used, old, rusted, worn and dirty. My experience is that these cuffs are just the opposite. They are new, NOT old, NOT rusted, NOT worn and NOT dirty. They are very sturdy and authentic Smith and Wesson. The problem the other reviewers are experiencing could be with the seller they chose to buy from. The seller I chose was CE Showroom. I am quite pleased with the purchase. If there is a need buy these again, I will buy from the same seller.

Well built set of cuffs, locks and unlocks easily. It's hard to beat a good set of S&W cuffs like these, especially at this price.

Very nice. Come boxed in s&W packaging. Solid steel, matte black in color (not the gunmetal shown). Clean and oiled. Chain link is on a swivel mount so they can rotate 360 degrees. Two keys, instructions for double lock feature (should you need em). Super happy with product.Con - Only one. They took a while to get here.
