Very heavy knife, sharp and with a clean release mechanism, but upon opening it from the package it had residue of either paint or oil on it which rubbed off on my hands, after a few wipe downs with a washcloth it seems most came off

I really like this knife, it's a little heavy but it's functional. The index finger flip could be a little bit bigger but it works. Also this blade is sharp, the blade design is nice. My recommendation if you do buy this take the time and back out all the screws and put a drop of blue lock tight you'll thank yourself that you did.

As good as any mid priced folder. Quality as good as cold steel. With the handle shape and glass breaker can be used as a striking weapon even closed. Opens easily added a drop of oil to the pivot. Good handle weight without being too heavy. Came sharp, not super sharp but about five strokes on a ceramic rod and it was scary sharp , able to shave arm hair. I can't believe I only paid 8 bucks for this. Bought two more for a total of four. I have a big knife collection and carry one or two daily. This will be carried often. Some knife snobs might not like it but I rate my knives on their abilities. This is a keeper!

I was worried based on the price that it would be a bit cheaply made, but im pleasantly surprised. Feels solid and opens quickly and easily

This knife is so good it's heavy and feels very nice and it looks good but it's kinda hard to open the blade and its sharp but not too sharp and the size is perfect.

This is a great knife for the price. It’s got a bit of weight to it, feels solid, and the spring assisted opening is quick and easy to operate. Closing isn’t a one handed job, but if one handed operation is what you’re looking for, you’d be better served by an automatic OTF knife. This one is great for its type. Stonewash finish looks nice, and the glass breaker is handy in case of emergency. A solid value for the price!

Right out of the box, this blade feels very solid, but SUPER heavy. The action on it is very nice and quick, but the spring makes it a little harder to open and close. Despite the Joker blade design, only ONE side is sharpened, but it is now the SHARPEST knife in my collection. We'll see how long the edge holds! Sadly, I can't carry this is my shorts pocket because it is so heavy, it pulls them down! It's a keeper, though.

It'd be awesome to see new blade and scale finishes for this model. These are heavier than expected, which is a good thing, in my opinion. Very simple design, and sturdy for this price. Probably one of the best knives I've ever had for $8. I bought two, and one had a slight issue with the lock spring not positioning correctly under the blade, which made it difficult to always lock the blade in the out position went deploying it.If you need to make adjustments to this, or to the tension of the blade, you can very slightly loosen the 2.5mm hex screw shown in the photo. This will help if it's too difficult to flip the blade outward, as I've read people have a problem with in other reviews. Loosening the screw very slightly and/or wiggling the blade upward should give the lock spring a little more room to fit under the blade when deploying it, which should allow the blade to lock properly every time. You shouldn't need to remove the screw and pin completely unless the above adjustments don't work in solving a locking issue.
