How to Wear:
- Put one side of the long strap through the buckle and fasten the velcro securely. Then loosely velcro the arm strap at the bottom of the main piece.
- Pull the brace over your shoulder. Take the long strap from behind and put it through the buckle on your chest. Fasten the long velcro strap for a snug and secure fit.
- Undo the velcro under your arm, then re-tighten the velcro to provide the support needed. It is helpful for a second person to help with this step, but not necessary.
- Undo and adjust the triangle flap over the top of your shoulder to provide extra compression if desired. Finally, adjust the front strap across your chest to provide more or less support depending on your needs.
How to Wash:
- Hand Washes only at 30 degrees.
- No machine wash.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron.

I was a little bit sceptic at first, but checked the reviews and ordered it.My issue was.. Some nerve problem that came after I had a pacemaker surgery that is affecting my left shoulder etc... Numbness and pains trough my left arm... and .. I play ALOT of guitar .. everything on my left side was always under lots of stress and abuse..This was god sent! had it on for the past 2 days and finally my left arm feel a lot more normal, with better support and I'm getting more mobility and less pain.Also I love the fact that it pads my pacemaker and the small pressure that it puts on it actually helps and is soothing.It fits supper well I'm a 6,1, 200lbs man.I will probably have this for a very long time the materials are out of this world!

It took a couple days to get it adjusted just right. I got the universal, and I recommend it for anyone with biceps under 14 inch circumference. There is a flat Velcro tape that holds the lower arm sleeve together (to adjust) that is very irritating to the skin IF you can't get the neoprene to overlap due to large biceps (I just wore the brace over a tee shirt). The cross strap is not uncomfortable if you wear it correctly and don't overtighten. My physical therapist helped me adjust mine and my progress to recovery of a torn biceps and a/c joint injury is weeks ahead of where the doctor expected due to the brace helping me to not use the shoulder in ways I shouldn't (y es, it kept me from some movements, but that's the point). Quality material. I can get it on and off by myself easily. I've hand washed it and let it air dry without it falling apart. Performs well and gives me comfort.

I bought the wrong size the first time as I'm a medium-build guy so got medium but it was too tight around the bicep and had to get the next size up. I called the manufacturer at the number provided in the package and they promptly sent me another one in a large size without hesitation. The new one fits great and works great. This is all going to depend on your issues to begin with. I have a frozen shoulder and it helps, although not 100%. I have a friend with a torn rotator cuff and it works exceptionally for them.I have zero complaints

Worn this shoulder brace for over 2 weeks. Previous brand I had 6 years, and had reordered that brand. I reinjured the same shoulder, and didn't want that brand again, because of the reasons that I say below about the Suptrust brace.1. I really like the stability of how it keeps my shoulder in place. With it, I can raise my arm without pain! And it's very good to know that it's going to stay put during healing. I was 5 years into the healing process using the previous brand, when I took a shoulder dive from the street onto a sidewalk this past September. Let's see if this brand helps me heal faster than the previous brace .. really think that it will.2. The straps are thicker yet softer than previous top 100 brand. Possilby won't stretch out as quickly as well. Especially under my armpit & bicep, where the previous one was prone to folding and pinching me.3. The strap closures are much better than the regular hook and loop. The previous brand's closures would always get caught on my shirts & on weight room equipment, with the dreaded ripping sound & damaging my shirts. And during workouts the old closures would come undone & need to be re-attached.The Suptrust brace addresses those issues immediately!! Can't wait to toss out the old braces, all stretched out and useless.If you have a brace (even in Best Sellers top 100) I urge you to order this one right away. You will feel less pain & likely heal faster while preventing additional damage to your shoulder. I truly believe it will, and I wish your healing to go as best as it possible can.

I love it would give it 5 stars but the smell is strong. Even after hand washing and letting it dry. Iโm leaving out of package to see if it will air out. It is very comfortable. I have had both shoulders operated on in the past and my right shoulder bothers me from time to time. Especially when I over do it. I plan on wearing this hopefully when I work out side. Just have to get the awful smell out. Update! I wore this for two weeks and pain is gone! It really works!

This is a soft, comfortable, flexible brace that can be worn under or over clothing. 4 stars is because it is not small enough for me, I'm 5'6", 110-115 lbs, and fit. I had to put a sweatshirt or other pullover under the brace. I adjusted all the straps as tight as I could. Then it worked for me. It really helped me sleep, without pain, and function better while healing a rotator cuff injury. I used it daily , as often as I could, for a couple of weeks. I mainly wear it now at night if needed as my shoulder is still strengthening and stretching its muscles. Again, the size is the only complaint, I had to make a change on my end to make it work for me.

I've dislocated both of my shoulders multiple times, and during a variety of activities (falls, swimming, throwing, and most recently in training martial arts). Although I've undergone physical therapy on serveral occasions, I still suffer from periodic 'partial' dislocations, where (thankfully) the shoulder will go back into place on its own. I am grateful that in my case, physical training and strengthening helps speed up recovery to the extent that I am quickly able to return to my active lifestyle. With that said, I decided to seek additional tools (in this case, purchasing a brace).I am very active, and rather than stop training (as I had following some of the first of my shoulder injuries), I found that I need to continue training, but much smarter. I took the advice of a therapist to wear a brace while undergoing certain activities (in my case, training Brazilian jiujitsu). Thus, I only wear the brace during those training sessions, and in my case, have not found it necessary to do so in other situations.How the shoulder brace has helped me:-The brace (I wear one on each shoulder) definitely provides more stability to my shoulders-The use of the product helps minimize the low levels of pain that I feel from time to time-The product is rather easy to wear, adjust, and clean-It seems to be of good quality material and constructionRelevant therepist advice given to me regarding the use of braces for dislocated joints:-The brace should be supplemental to proper strengthening and rehabilitation of the injured joint. In other words, wearing a brace will not do the work for you regarding the need to strengthen all of the stabalizing muscles, ligaments, and tendons that hold the shoulder in place. I still am trying to find the proper strength-training protocol to once-and-for-all minimize--ideally--prevent further injury.-Though the brace has provided me with physical support (and psychological confidence) of my shoulders, I still need to train carefully by way of not becoming complacent in my shoulder stability--or lack thereof. That is to say, one could still be injured despite wearing a brace.I compared many different braces, and found this one to be a great combination of reasonable price, strong customer ratings, appropriate materials (quick-drying for moderate / high levels of intensity in my training), and ease of use.For full disclosure, I purchased these braces on my own at full retail price. J'ai d'abord essayรฉ des attelles de ce genre dans un magasin de sport et dans une pharmacie et j'รฉtais plutรดt dรฉรงu, je souhaitais un produit qui maintienne mon รฉpaule en cas de chute avant (je me la suis dรฉboitรฉe 6 fois!) en vtt ou ski. Je dois dire que celle-ci me sรฉcurise beaucoup, elle a un maintien ferme en extension. Bon, je me doute qu'en cas de choc violent, elle ne pourra pas รฉviter la luxation, mais pourra m'y aider lors de chutes plus maitrisรฉes. Le fait de sentir sa prรฉsence ferme me redonne une certaine intrรฉpiditรฉ, et c'est dรฉjร bien d'รชtre en confiance, les chutes viennent souvent de la peur de chuter! je recommande clairement.
