It fits well (I am 5'8" male average build) and stays in place. I preferred this style so I could use multiple ice packs and just change them out which works well. The ice pack doesn't stay cold as long as I expected, only about 10 minutes, but with several available it isn't an issue. I have no problem putting it on and believe following the instructions is the key as order does matter when putting it on.

I've used this product about 5 times since receiving it. Initially it was very awkward to put on, but it gets easier the more you use it. It also takes a few minutes for the ice pack to conform to your shoulder but once it does it is very comfortable, and it stays cold for about 30 - 40 minutes. I considered the version that used Velcro, but I thought that the material wouldn't last. Not sure how easy it will be to put on after surgery, I'll give another review then.

Fits my shoulder well. I am also able to use the ice pack without the strap to ice my back.

Design is great. Fits my wide large shoulders well. stays cool for about 20-30 minutes and really ices all aspects of the shoulder. Easily worth the $25.00

Got this for my son who is a varsity quarterback. Needed something to replace the ice pack he got from the trainer after practice so he could continue to ice his shoulder after shower. This works great for him.

The material is soft and stretchy but firm enough to offer great support. the area that the ice pack covers is amazing. This really helps with the pain I get in my shoulders.

The mind reminds us that pain exist and numbing it with ice can allow you to feel better. This shoulder pack not only helps with the shoulder and upper arm area but secures the ice in place with little to no movement even after the ice melts. It’s sturdy and helps throughout the day. The only challenge was to try and find the best way to place the shoulder strap on since the company leaves it to you to figure it out. After a few try’s, I finally get it and have used it with much relief and pain free mobility. The fitting is easy with the adjustable straps and it’s priced right. Great buy…
