Took so long to figure out that a Wire was loose in the system, the system kept shutting off.Contact for warranty and they wouldn’t help us.

Installed in November and ran fine for a few weeks. Kept getting error which seemed due to low water pressure despite regulator being set to recommended pressure in manual (verified by installed pressure gauge). Tried to contact SteamSpa customer service - no reply. Tried several times, no reply.Let it sit for a few months then retried and it worked great.In June, it started leaking, internally. Dripping constantly when pressurized, whether on or off. Tried to contact SteamSpa customer service… it’s under warranty. No reply.Not a great experience.

STAY AWAY, POOR QUALITY, NO CUSTOMER CARE. Got unit and just months later began to fail by triggering AC breaks, troubled shut to unit which started to smell like burning. Upon taking cover off, there was corrosion everywhere around elements contacts. Looked pretty dangerous, stopped using it. Still within warranty -Contacted seller. NO help instead -tho under warranty- Seller alleged “elements need to be service every 4-6 months” or they will corroded” they explained “due to hard water” AND tried to get me to buy replacement elements for $400!! Mind you similar parts run $25 each in open market. I REFUSED - and on principal requested replacement or refund. Been fighting now 7 MONTHS. And no help but they are ready to SCAM me for the parts. MY POINT: 1) was under warranty 2) this is a steam generator that corrodes in 6 months?? My water heater elements are years old, are sumerged in water and still work. PLAIN and SIMPLE this is a poorly design, quality unit. Promoted as a “long term” investment and how it “auto drains” to prevent hard water build up. What this is is a cheap unit, no full disclosure on maintenance issues which seller is very aware of. And NO RESPECT for honest customer care. LAST i pulled the elements corrosion was so bad that at least one element was cracked.
