3rd unit I've installed and used. First 2 work great. Having issues with this unit. it will heat up once, expell steam, then shut off.Checked all cabling and reset a few times.

Redid my shower area & decided to use this unit to make a steam sauna in my enclosed shower area.Initially the unit was working flawless producing so much steam that after 10-15 mins you would have to shut unit off. For some reason after months of use the steam is no longer as intense as it initially was. Then all of a sudden it will work very well like it did initially. I cannot for the life of me figure out why. But luckily I bought a much bigger unit than I actually needed, so even when it’s not at full function it’s works fairly well. I wish I could figure out what the intermittent issue is with it, if it worked consistently, it would be 5 stars all day.

I have a steam generator that works great. I bought a second one for another house and lost a part during construction. The seller was very responsive and helpful they sent out a replacement part right away.

Better hope you don’t get a defective item because the seller will not respond to your emailsFor request for repairs or new item. This is why you should not buy items like this from Amazon they don’t make their sellers warranty or take care of their items they sell online. This unit never worked and we got it for Christmas present so the time frame for return passed and the seller does not respondOr return emails.

I couldn't swap this unit out, called the manufacturer to find out it is not their model and that this is a copy cat of the steammist who uses the same logo and look of the unit. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR STEAMMIST DO NOT ORDER THIS

I am very pleased with my CGOLDENWALL self-draining Steam Generator. I am very pleased with the product and I am very impressed with the support I received from the vendor.We built a new bathroom and planned for the steam shower in the design. As we built the steam shower room I had many questions. I got many answers from the install manual that came with the steam generator but I also did reach out to the product support email box on several occasions. I got timely responses and very helpful answers.The bathroom is now complete. The steam generator fills the room with steam in a matter of minutes. The unit is reasonably quiet for a steam generator.I like the automatic drain feature. Most of the CGOLDENWALL steam generators include this automatic drain feature. This feature ensures that your burner elements are not sitting in water all the time, but only when in use. When you press the start/stop button to turn it on, the unit fills with water and starts to steam. After you hit the start/stop button again to turn it off, the unit will wait about 15minutes and then drain the water away from the burner elements. This should help the unit to last longer and it also means that when you power it up you are getting steam made from fresh water. I like that!I like the control unit. It is simple and straightforward to use. When you press the power button, it shows the current ambient temperature in the steam shower room and the unit will begin heating to whatever setting you had for the target temperature on your last use. It remembers your target temperature. It is easy to change the target temperature, just press the set temperature button and the target temperature is displayed, then press the up or down buttons to set a new temperature.The unit itself seems well built.I am very glad I bought a CGOLDENWALL self-draining Steam Generator, but do wish I had bought a smaller size. I bought the 9kw unit and that is really too powerful for my 7ft by 3ft steam shower room. The mistake was mine as I did not study the sizing chart closely enough and when Amazon flashed me a sale price, I hit the buy button. But my mistake met with exceptional product support. They offered to exchange it, but I already had it installed and powered up..and I had tossed away the packaging. So they guided me to tune it down which I was able to do myself. Awesome support and an awesome outcome. I really do love this thing!
