I bought this from the appliance store with the Mr. Steam. Do not buy the SteamLinx.The hardware connects, but I was unable to get the app to connect.Check the reviews on the app store: 157 reviews. All reviews for the last 3 years are rated 1 star.

Will not connect work with my router. It is now a paperweight on my desk. Unbelievable that something that is a luxury like a steam shower would put out this piece of crap app.

Don't buy this product -- it won't connect to standard cable routers and Mr Steam has no idea how to fix it. Plus their customer service is really bad...

I have had the app for 3+ years and for the last several months it will not work at all. I recently purchased the WiFi system for $350 for my BF and his app is not working either. PLEASE fix the app that runs this expensive wifi system!

Im an architect and builder and have built many beautiful steam showers and spas. Only when recently finished one for myself did I realize that I spent $10k on beautiful steam equipment only to have an app that looks like it is from 1995. Not to mention that you can basically turn it on and off and change the duration. If you bought into the iSteam3 controller and the rest of the available options in your steam shower - forget it. My 11 year old literally designed and developed an app in her entry level programming class that is far more capable than this piece of garbage. I am completely embarrassed that I have suggested Mr. Steam to my clients all because of this app and will never do it again. Completely mind blown.

Works well and easy to install. However make sure that you have regular control in place.
