I purchased this product and the first unit did not work. The company sent me several different parts that still didn’t help. In August I received a brand new unit from the company for no charge and the product has worked great! It took a lot of back and forth and they have minimal support but was very happy that they replaced the product and it is working perfectly.

So far so good, but not ready for install yet. I researched all the comparables for the size unit we needed for the steam shower (9'x4'x9' = 12kw) and Steam Spa was the best value and best reviews. *Customer service has already been helpful with questions regarding a 'free aroma pump.' The aroma pump will connect to the generator and disperse our eucalyptus rather than us dropping aroma therapy scents into the steam head. I can update review after first use ...

Worked for about 6 months. Then it gave an error code whenever it gets up to 85 degrees and turns off. I followed the directions on how to clean the system, it was very clean internally, and it just will not work. Lots of other people make these units try them. That is the reason why there are so many one-rated reviews for this product. Don't waste your money please

Seller won’t honor warranty. Heating element corroded within months. Mind you equipment meant to withstand heat and humidity did no last. Filed warranty claim on time, seller put burden on me arguing elements need to be clean every 3 months. But was ready to sell me new elements for $400 REALLY?!? water heaters with heating elements last 15+ years. This thing barely made it 10months. And no customer is about to pull machine apart to clean elements. All corroded, one blew up, wires outside also corroded. Filed every complain I could tru Amazon. No luck! Seller refuse to help. Finally Amazon put me in touch with actual manufacture who honor warranty on the spot. Stay away from this seller.

It took waiting a few moths to remodel my shower and install this unit, but it was very worth it. The steam unit over all is very quite. The unit is installed in the attic above my mater bath, when the unit turns on you can hear it filling with water. Of course the steam coming out makes a little noise but nothing too loud. The quality of the steam is very nice and it heats up very well. I like the 2 controllers, it's nice to have control from inside the shower.

Almost all connections came with the unit to install including water filter!
