Impossible to put back in. Gets stretched out and won't stay. Still works but you have to keep water full. Steams well.

My mom has a very old, reliable steam mop that inspired me to get my own, but hers is out of production. With that being said, I would up finding this one and getting it.All of the attachments are very handy and it heats up quickly. It does a great job of cleaning the floor and puts out just the right amount of steam to get gunk up while not leaving puddles of hot water.Not really sure what else to say! It works well, I love it. I would buy it again.

“Water Tap Cap” Instructions for this Steamer isn’t helpful.Try the following steps if you have trouble removing the Black “Water Tap Cap.”Refer to your Steam Cleaner: Black “Water Tap Cap” look for a “lock and unlock” symbols on your Steam Cleaner.1. Turn the black “Water Tap Cap” to unlock position.2. Pull and Wiggle “Water Tap Cap.”3. Continue to Pull and Wiggle “Water Tap Cap” the Water Tap Cap will eventually open.4. Fill with water and turn Water Tap Cap to lock position.I hope this review is helpful
