Excellent product! Better than previous two steam mops I've purchased (Shark and Bissell). Low level is strong enough steam to clean microwave outer surface and stove top grease. With various attachments, useful to clean bathroom shower grout and sofa stains. I like it holds enough water and easy to use.

This stream mop is awesome!!! It was easy to put together, it's lightweight, and instructions for use are great! I used it for the first time today and my floors look wonderful! The mop does the work, you don't need to. I was tired of scrubbing my floors with a wet mop, now I just use the streamer and it glides across the floor. It dries very quickly so very little downtime. I would definitely buy again, and I would recommend to others.

This steam mop is awesome! Cleaned windows, countertops, refrigerator, and floor. Heats up quickly, long cord, nice attachments, nice form factor, lightweight, good size water tank, great tool! Highly recommend! Checks all the steamer boxes for me.

This is my first upright steamer. It was easy to assemble. The instructions are good, especially considering English is obviously not the native language of the author(s). The steamer works great. It heats up incredibly fast. The water tank is easy to fill. I haven't tried all the attachments yet, but I mostly need this for floors. 12x12 microfiber cloths. cut in half, are perfect as replacement pads. The two that come with the steamer are lovely, but I don't see where to buy replacements. I tried my own microfiber cloths and they are fine. I washed one that came with the steamer and it went through the wash without any problems. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it. I was lucky to get it at the introductory price.

Fast delivery. Easy to assemble/disassemble. Heats up quickly. Product build up on floors is common but this can shine your floors with the power of steam without chemicals . I liked the other attachments and the fact it breaks down small to fit in my cleaning tool bag and car is perfect for my needs .I live in San Francisco and most houses here are old with old tile or vinyl flooring in the kitchen, which is typically a very small space with lots of grease buildup from cooking. I will still scrub and mop because that’s why I’m there , but this last step not only sanitizes but makes floors shine to my high standards and satisfaction ✨.I love a shiny clean floor! But I’m afraid to use any quick shine products on floors with older people, Because it can make the floor slippery, but I was impressed with the shine from this mop . Left No steaks And for the price it’s totally worth it. If you’ve been thinking about buying this mop just go for it . You’ll like it .

The steam mop works on lifting old sticky messes, I assembled it quickly and it works better than most steam mops I’ve been using definitely worth the buy!! It gets hot quickly and I also enjoyed steaming my oven clean no need for any toxic chemicals!
