Does a great job! Comes with just one floor pad, but it washes up like new. I would buy again! Used on ceramic tile and plank flooring ( which they do not suggest ) - but I did and very happy. EZ, light weight and I like it. Am OCD about things being not just clean but sterile.

It dose the job, but when you stop it can not stand up on it own, and when lean it again something you are going to find yourself bending over to pick up

This steam cleaner runs and cleans well. I did order additional mop heads as the original one got dirty quickly even though they are machine washable its good to have another on hand to keep cleaning. I do wish the cord was longer and there was an additional hook on the seamer to wrap the cord around when you are finished. There is only one. Good value though for the price.

The Good:1. Heat up fast like it says2. Light weight3. Cheap4. Steam up pretty much everything and mop awayThe Bad: (Actually, these are probably why it is so cheap)1. OMFG short cord; If you don't have an outlet on each wall, buy something else with a longer cord2. The pad. The floor is sparkingly clean. The pad is dirtier than my mouth watching the 49ers lose every time.3. Some water remains in the canteen as it doesn't drain all out due to the freaking angle of the opening.

was so disappointed that the 2 prongs for the plug does not comply with UK or European standards. Dont know what country this 2 prongs are for but definitely not for UK or European plugs! why send this to a UK address???? shame because I love this steam mop but will not take the chance ordering again from amazon, will shop elsewhere. Returned as cannot use due to incorrect plug

SO, I really like this little steamer. Light weight great steam output! I bought the competitor and did not like it so I thought I would try this one and I am impressed. I bought replacement pads with blue stripe and it did a fantastic job on hardwood floors, tile and believe it or not I steamed my rugs!!! (I am kinda a clean freak.) I am not recommending this however, I decided to use it on my large area rugs and my jute mix rugs and my chair! Worked Great! The cord is too short and I would gladly pay a little extra for a longer cord. I love everything else. BINGO!

I unpacked it, put it together, filled up the tank and turned it on...worked great. I have 2 dogs that use pee pads and steam cleaning is the way to go. Very easy...I have no complaints whatsoever.

Was a little skeptical about this until I used it. What an awesome steam mop. Ready out of the box and it heats up in under 15 seconds. Lots of steam and glides smoothly on various flooring like hardwood and vinyl. It removes all sorts of stains from the floor and gets lots of dirt! Love it
