Recently I needed an upgrade to the equipment I use to clean a local urgent care clinic and several doctors homes whom I clean for. I had a stick vacuum to sweep floor with but I wanted to have one good vacuum that did it all. I went through a Shark, no good as a broom though I liked it just for that but design was too flimsy and that was toast in under two weeks, thank gravy God for warranty. I decided to get a steam mop with a vacuuming feature, wasn't sure if they even made such a thing. I began with a Bissel bought at our local most undesired store Walfart, the most dreaded of all Universe Stores. I bought the Bissel, however, no good for steam mopping, they are great if you buy a specific Bissel for just carpet cleaning. This off brand unheard of and half the price of the competitors has got it all in this easy to use lightweight very powerful vacuum and steamer. Do not waste your money on ANY other vacuum The suction on the vacuum function works amazing going from floor to carpet, just don't suck up the throw rugs along your sweeping vacuuming way and the steam is awesome because I can clean our small urgent care with two fill ups of the water tank and best part, it is such a perfect amount of steam I do not have a gross disgusting wet tank to debris and clean after using because this fantastic vacuum does its job perfectly. I cant believe i got it for about half of what the other yahoos charge! Thank you Company I cant remember name of but your vacuum cuts my cleaning time in half and my sanitized super clean floors are getting more business daily, thank you much for a good all-in-one vacuum to steam floor product my customers love and my back thanks you as well!

I purchased this cool vacuum and steam mop combo and it's been a real help around the house.The vacuum part is strong, and it sucks up all kinds of dirt. The steam part uses hot steam to clean and sanitize the floors, which is pretty neat. There are 2 modes for steam - medium and high. Water is required in the vacuum and you can fill up to 500ml. The best part is the HEPA filter that comes with it. It doesn't just clean up dirt; it also gets rid of 99% of the bad stuff, making my home cleaner and healthier.The buttons are nice, the wire is long which helps while cleaning. The swivel is also good so that the vacuum can turn around easily.Overall, this vacuum and steam mop combo has made my cleaning routine way easier.

I purchased this steam cleaner to help with cleaning my apartment kitchen and bathroom. It's the perfect size for a small apartment or dorm room. It has a removable tank on the backside which you fill with water, plug it, wait for the steam option to heat up and your good to go. It has a washable cloth at the bottom that can be easily removed, washed and reused. if you have limited space and want something that makes cleaning hardwood floors easier this is a great option!

This vacuum/steam mop does basically what it says, just not very well. Probably the best part is the steam mop, but the way it's designed, you can't really scrub at a stubborn stain; you can just run the mop back and forth and hope the steam will take it off eventually. The mop doesn't put out as much steam as my previous steamer. The vacuum isn't that powerful, and there's no carpet beater, so it doesn't suck stuff up that well. Also, the vacuum is hard to push over carpet, especially for such a small machine. The worst part is this: I thought that the combination of vacuum and steam would be a great time saver. What I didn't think about before I bought it, and apparently neither did the engineers, is that the vacuum sucks up the steam! Since it doesn't put out that much steam in the first place, it doesn't end up doing much. Not worth it. I returned this item and will probably buy just a steam mop and continue to use my old vacuum.

The functionality was flawed. Too small of wheels and front of vacuum wouldn’t stay down on the floor. Very little steam water. Pretty much junk!!

It’s a little cumbersome and not particularly strong with auction. For price I feel you are totally getting what you pay for. I needed more steam output then this could give and a stronger suction. If using for around the house then it should be fine

I’m not sure when the manufacture, even wasted time and money putting this on the assembly line. Just horrible, doesn’t pick up dirt nor does it clean. It’s just a sound machine to struggle with. It doesn’t even glide properly. Don’t waste your time.
