This was a gift to myself (ha, ha) and I couldn't be happier. This is so easy to use and there is virtually no manual labor involved. Just fill it with distilled water (no chemicals), turn it on and slowly move it back and forth across the floor and you will be stunned at the results. I pulled up that sticky tape you put down to keep your area rug from sliding around. It was adhered to the vinyl plank flooring and left quite a lot of adhesive behind. I used this steam mop across the area with no scrubbing or pressure and it removed it completely! I use it at least twice a week to keep the floors from building up dirt that our large dog tracks in. I also tried it on some stains on the bedroom carpet and it was amazing. Also it worked great on my tile shower floor, removed the stained grout easily. My only "complaint" is the water reservoir is not removable and is awkward to fill. I learned the hard way to just lay it down over the kitchen sink and fill it with the cup provided. Honestly I rarely "rave" about a product but this has made my life so much easier. It's the best $100 I've ever spent!

I’m extremely happy with my steam mop! It heats up quickly and cleans my floors effortlessly, leaving them spotless and shiny. I love that it sanitizes without chemicals, making it safe for my family and pets. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and gets into tight spaces with ease. I bought this steam cleaner because it comes with a bunch of different cleaning attachments. So far I’ve only used it to mop my floors and it does a great job at it. It heats up very quickly. Our house is very small and I was able to clean my kitchen, living room, and bathroom floors without having to refill. And the power cord is long enough to prevent you from relocating to another power source so much. It also has a lock feature so it can stand up straight which is very convenient for storage.

This product is great, very lightweight and easy to assemble and use. The only thing I would say bad about it is that the water tank is kinda small and so I have to fill it up more, but that's only really because I use it a lot. I would recommend this steam mop. Great value for the price too.

I love this steam cleaner! It feels cheaply made, the plastic is pretty flimsy, but it works so well and is really thought out! I am pleasantly surprised and impressed. I had a shark for 15 years and always kinda hated it because I had to pump it to get steam and it never really got up stains on my floor that well. This steam cleaner provides great hot steam within seconds of plugging it in and gets stains and goo off the floor so easily that I couldn’t even get out with elbow grease and a sponge! It’s easy to fill, has a nice long chord, easy to put the attachments on. I really love it. Other reviews have said it doesn't last long so time will tell, but so far I’m loving it. One complaint I have is that you can extend the handle but if you put any pressure on it, it just pushes back down. But whatever, the cleaning power and ease of it are worth it to me.

I felt like I was going out on a limb when I ordered this steam mop, however, all trepidation has disappeared. It works beautifully. With less stress and pain than scrubbing the smallest floor in the house, I scrubbed all of the floors, three cushioned floor mats and three rugs! I have never used a steam cleaner before, so was pleasantly surprised at what a beautiful job it did with just less than a pint of distilled water. The floors are cleaner than they were with soap and hot water. One of the best surprises was that it got under the overhang of the kitchen cabinets and into other hard to reach tiny spaces. It weighs less than a well wrung string mop too! The floors were completely dry within less than three minutes.

I didn’t use the mop at first, as i just bought it to steam clothes, but i decided to clean my whole apartment and it did AMAZING. i used it for the bathroom and getting behind the sink & toilet and each attachment does something different. There’s an “L” shaped nozzle i used the most and a flat piece i loved. I used the mop attachment and i didn’t realize how much dirt it picked up(good thing they send 2 pads & you just throw them in the washer and dryer and they’re as good as new). as for drying, it’s not much different from regular mopping, i usually use a fan either way. You can control the steam production with the knob, but i like mine high. after about 30-40minutes of me using it(i got carried away) the nozzle did start dripping a bit which is when i moved to mopping. I’ve used it since & i haven’t had a big issue with the dripping. there might be a build up of water on the nozzle from the steam & the occasional big droplet, but i can live with it. make sure to let it cool for a few minutes before touching the nozzle or removing attachments from it.Overall:Great for straightening delicate clothingGreat for small, hard to reach spotsGreat for cleaning & disinfecting large areasGreat for price!
