The steam mop works as expected. I like that you can adjust the steam level. The cord is extremely long enough so you don’t have to run around plugging it in everywhere. The mop pad is extremely functional and absorbs dirt and grime efficiently. i’ve bought other steam mops in the past and being a man I have broken all the handles, and this one has a nice metal handle that is extremely sturdy and very comfortable.

I have searched the internet for days for replacement pads for this item. If I had know it would be this difficult to purchase additional mop pads, I would have selected another brand.

Keeping my floor clean is a challenge, especially with an 80lb dog. I usually use a swiffer wet jet to do this. But recently i've noticed that the wet jet doesn't seem to be cleaning out the grooves in our laminate flooring. I figured i might need something a bit stronger. When I saw this steam cleaner, I knew I had to give it a try.The first thing I noticed was the overall quality of this cleaner. Though not on par with a dyson, it does seem like something a bigger named brand would sell. I can see it being branded as Bissell.It was easy to assemble and start using. It comes with a spouted measuring cup to make it easy to fill the water chamber. It has clearly marked fill lines on the tank to ensure you don't overfill it.It took less than a minute for this thing to start making steam. The steam, obviously, was piping hot.I like that it came with a fitted cover for the base. Though I wish it came with more than one. I thought the design of the attachment was a bit odd as well. It looks like it could be used on both sides, but flipping it over meant turning the entire unit around and it felt kind of awkard to use with the handle facing the other way.With that being said it did do a nice job cleaning, though it also didn't clean out the grooves. I was hoping i wouldn't have to get on my hands and knees with a scrub brush but I think that's what i may have to do.I haven't had an opportunity to use any of the other attachments yet, but I like that it comes with coarse brushes. I can see those being especially useful in the restroom.My one major gripe with this is that the cord hook has an unnecessarily sharp edge. I cut my finger when I was trying to wind up the cord.But overall, i really like this product. It works as advertised. I would recommend!

This Neobot Steam Mop actually works! It heats up quickly with steam and is immediately ready to start cleaning. I was surprised that it does not require any solution to do the cleaning. That's amazing!I tried one of the bristle brushes on my carpet to see if it would clean some small stains and it actually did clean them. Not as well as a rug shampooer, but I could see a difference. I was just concerned that if I rub too hard with the brush it might cause my rug to unweave, so I took it easy.Overall, this is a quality product. It has a lot of versatile, functional attachments and is easy to operate. I am going to try to steam some wrinkles out of my coat next. ; - )

The setup: we have dogs, three dogs. One sheds like a dandelion. It is almost pointless to mop the kitchen floor because in three days it will look as if we hadn't done it all. That being said, it doesn't mopped nearly as often as it should. So between kitchen ick and dog ick. This thing was going to have to work a miracle.I have been wanting a steam mop for the kitchen for a long time. I just never pulled the trigger on it. Lo and behold the Neobot 10 in 1 steam mop showed up in my Vine recommendations. It's like Amazonknew.So in preparation for the new year, I decided to mop the kitchen floor. I swept as much as I could getting under and around things, but with our dogs you can never get ALL of the hair off the floor.Pros: Easy setup. Darn near plug and play. I have only used the mop function and not any of the accessories. I started with a dry microfiber mop cover. The steam did a lot. It managed to get up the gunk from underneath the cabinets, fridge and stove, where gunk tends to gather. It took the top layer of dirt off the kitchen floor. I had to refill the water basin, and I also rinsed out the microfiber and put it back on the mop head.Cons (not so much cons as things I think they could improve):The microfiber mop has a top and a bottom . . . I thought maybe I could flip it over and keep mopping on the clean side of the head. As far as I could tell, it doesn't work that way. The steam comes out a little opening on the bottom of the mop head.I don't love the little button cover for the on/off switch, but I get why it's there.There came a point at which I didn't feel like it was making any progress and I looked around and felt like I needed to get out the sponge mop to finish the job. I wish they had included an extra microfiber mop.To sum up: Is my kitchen floor cleaner than it was. Yes, absolutely. This steam mop helped break up the stuff that collects in the corners and underneath things, and it did a decent job of getting up the dirt, but it didn't work a miracle. There were some places I felt needed additional mopping. I'm thinking I need to mop with this first, then scrub mop with actual soap and water to get the floor even cleaner. Should you purchase one? Yes. If it helps keep your floors clean even a little it, it's worth it. It also comes with accessories for steam cleaning other things.
