I was so excited 😊 when it came and it works good in our floors. So far the 2 things we don't like is how heavy it is and how you can not move it back and forth like other mops

The website is very coy about it being corded. The Muppet itself is very heavy and the 20 foot cord just adds to the weight. I returned it because I’m disabled. I wrote that I bought it by mistake because I was too disabled to use it that was probably my mistake because I had to pay $6.99 to return it. I can’t speak to its performance as it was never assembled.

I love this product it’s easy to use and clean well the only thingfor me is when it’s time to change the head it’s really difficult and I can’t really do it my self I need someone to help me and for it to be easy to use you need to wait for the towel to be wet before you start using it on the floor

I’ve been a swiffer user for years for convenience sake— never a bucket and mop kind of person— but ever since getting a dog, I’ve felt that my floors are never clean enough. We live in a shoes off household, I mop with the swiffer weekly, and the puppy gets his paws washed after every walk. So, when I saw how nasty the pad was after doing a quick run around the apartment, I was impressed!!!It was fairly easy to assemble, the main mop coming in three parts, and it came in a relatively compact box. This also means it’s easy to pack, and fully assembled, it’s slim and convenient to store. The steam mop heated up quick, within 30 seconds, and it was easy to maneuver around. It doesn’t quite twist and hit angles as a swiffer does, but it’s decent. A light flashes orange when heating up, and turns green when ready to go. I also appreciate the long cord (17 feet), the spare mop pads (3 total), and all the different extensions for different uses. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, with some fairly carpeted areas and I didn’t have to refill the water container. It may be a bit small if you have a large area to cover.The only thing that I would nitpick is that I wish the water container was removable. I had forgotten to fill it with water before assembling it and I was too lazy to disassemble it to fill up. Was a bit cumbersome to lift and fill, but it got done nonetheless. Like I said I’m just nitpicking.All in all, I love this steam mop and I highly recommend it. I had my eyes on other more well known brands but they’re easily double the price. I’m glad I went with this one in the end. Will have to see how durable this is— hoping it doesn’t stop working after a few months.

Upon initial unboxing, I was a bit concerned, thinking the product, as well as the attachments, seemed a bit "cheap". It's entirely plastic, definitely not durable, and I suggest that any assembling/disassembling of mop and attachments be done with utmost caution . It feels that the plastic build could easily be cracked. I was impressed that it came with 3 reusable mop pads and they are sturdy and easy to rinse before washing. I dislike that the water reservoir cannot be taken off. Although a pourer cup is included, I find it awkward to fill the water reservoir, no matter how slow I pour it always pours water outside of the reservoir. Also the opening to the reservoir is a plastic flap that must be held open in order to fill with water, which is just awkward. As far as it converting to "handheld" steamer, be advised this is a CORDED steamer and to convert to handheld you simply disassemble the handle to the mop, which leaves the body of the mop. To hold this in your hand and use it for any above waist high steaming, is awkward and it's simply too bulky, heavy, and you're having to contend with the cord which is attached to the main body of mop. I've only been using this a few weeks but pretty much every attachment leaks during use to where there's a significant amount of water that drips during use. I am impressed by how quickly the device does begin producing steam. It claims there's 15 mins of steam time but that seems much shorter. I constantly have to refill with water. Also there's a dial apparently to adjust what temp or how hot you want the steam. It seems a bit neat at first but I personally keep it at max steam because that's why I wanted a steamer, in order to sanitize. Overall, if you're predominately using this as a floor mop you should be satisfied. As far as the 10 in 1 claim, I'd suggest a different steamer that is more lightweight and with sturdy attachments.

Los trapeadores son muy asquerosos y huelen a trapo. Este aparato es simple y ahorrador, y me está ayudando a quitar incluso manchas de pintura de los azulejos. Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que incluyeran más trapitos de los pequeños y más cepillos de más tamaños pero le pongo 100 por todo lo que hace a un precio sorprendentemente bajo

Received my steam mop today and found it very easy to assemble for both floor cleaning and hand held attachments for many uses. I cleaned my kitchen floor just a few days ago on my hand and knees with a bucket of lysol. I just wanted to test out how the steam mop works so a ran it over my kitchen floor and I couldn't believe how much dirt was picked up on the removeable pad! My floor looks new. I also ran it across a few areas on my carpet on some high traffic stains and again, a difference and it doesn't soak the carpet to where it took hours to dry. Appreciate how I won't be using a lot of toxic chemicals to do some household cleaning. Update: Liked it while it lasted. Didn't use that often and the steam adjustment knob bell off. Steam blasts out everywhere except where it should.

I love this thing. It heats up super fast. It destroys bathroom mildew on tile and grout. My shower grout is the whitest it's ever been since I moved into this condo unit. The floor mopping is awesome. And it doesn't go through water super fast either. I was able to mop my entire downstairs floor and still had more than half of a tank of water left to clean the shower tile, and STILL had about a quarter of a tank left of water after that. I only have a few gripes. My first grip is that the hose in the tank needs to be oriented in way that you can use the steamer in higher up places. You pretty much need to be arm level with what you're cleaning, or lower with the steamer. Try to clean anything above arm level, and water doesn't get into the hose, therefore, no steam is produced. Which brings me to my next complaint. When using this in the hand cleaning mode, it is uncomfortable. There should be an optional pistol grip attachment, or there should be one incorporated under the unit on the belly. My last complaint is that the cord could stand to be a little bit longer with a cord clip built into the AC plug, like most vacuum cleaners have. I only docked a star for the lack of ergonomics on the hand cleaning aspect of the unit. It will kill your wrist. And the location of the water hose I think there should be two hoses inside, one at the bottom of the tank and one at the top of the tank. That would ensure that you get steam if you're cleaning above arm level.Aside for those gripes, I would definitely recommend this Steam Mop combo unit, especially for the price. It does what it's supposed to do, and it does it well.

This is my first steam mop, but I can tell you it's definitely a quality product for the price. Very sturdy. It comes with a bunch of crazy add-ons as well, it's going to be entertaining learning how to use all of them. With everything going on right now, and being 'essential', it's really nice to have a handy & convenient way to sanitize my masks and work attire, and clean without a bunch of nasty chemicals (which are hard to find anyways LOL). Lastly, the company I bought it from (Lafraise?) is U.S. based and contacted me after I received it to make sure everything was good, which is honestly the only reason I'm writing this review. They seem to stand by their products & focus on good customer service. I respect that & appreciate it. Awesome steam cleaner!
