The vacuum works well. The plug is so short that it’s annoying. I don’t understand why they would put such a short cord!

This vacuum has lots of power and easy to handle. It easily operates my power brush for carpet cleaning.I would like to have seen a longer power cord but an extension cord works just as well.

I waited a few months before i wrote a review.Pros:-lightweight-great suction-price point-small enough to fit in a closetCons:-its pretty loud when its on- the base is small and its prone to tip over. if it tips and looses suction, turn it off and flip it back on its wheels and when you hear a "clunk" turn it back on and its good to go (at least it worked for me! )- the cord is short, i ended up adding an extension cordI feel its worth it and i would recommend it :)

I was very impressed with the suction power and how lightweight this is! My biggest complaint is when you put the wand together at its longest length, it is not stable and falls apart often!

Great for use around the house and workshop when a big vac is too big. It's a handy size to carry around the house. A nice selection of accessories is included but no onboard storage for them. An interesting feature on the Stanley wet/dry vacs on the 5 gallons' and up. Even though they come with smaller hoses and accessories, the intake and exhaust ports are big enough to use the bigger 2-1/2" vac hoses and accessories You could even use this vac as part of a modest dust collection system. One of those diffusors on the exhaust port so you don't stir up more than you clean up is recommended.

I have bought Craftsman shop vacs for 22 years. I was always told that they were the best. I had to give my last Craftsman away, it was too big to get through the doorway of my new little apartment. I had a 1 gallon Craftsman that I was using, but it's just too small. I was nervous about buying the Stanley, but the prices on Craftsman have gotten ridiculous.I couldn't be more pleased with my new shop vac. The suction power is great, it's so easy to manuver through my little apt (I know some people said it tips easy but I don't have carpet, and haven't had a problem at all with it tipping. It's lightweight & very easy to use & clean. (I have 8 cats & a dog and imo, shop vacs are way better at picking up pet hair than reg. vacuums.) I been using it twice a day (dry vac only, no need for wet) for almost 2 months now & no issues.

Got this because all other vaccums I've tried have failed when it comes to pet hair and other pet messes like hay and food, even though theyre labeled for pets. I have 3 dogs and 6 rabbits and the hair and fur gets out of control at times....other vaccums work ok but clog or get full quickly and often lose their suction...I've found. I thought I always did a pretty good job at cleaning especially the hair and fur until I got this. The blower blew hair and fur from places I've always cleaned and thought I got all hair/fur...I was wrong. This sucked everything up with no problem, never clogged, never lost suction...nothing. the only thing I don't like is the blower is very powerful and I wish there was a plug or something to put over it or you were able to turn down the air flow while vacuuming. Other than that it was super simple to set up and use, holds quick a bit of dirt/dust!! I would highly recommend for any pet owners who deal with lots of dander, hair/fur like I do or just for all around house cleaning!!!

I wasn't expecting much from this vacuum for $77 Canadian. But it's actually a lot better than I expected! Suction is very good. It's super lightweight and easy to lift and maneuver. If you aren't very strong, this is a good option. Comes with one bag too, though a bag is not necessary for use. The only complaint is the latches for the lid are not very good, so they randomly pop open and the bottom falls off. But as long as you're not lifting it, it's fine and still worth it for how cheap it is. I basically just wanted it to vacuum out the cab of my van and to suck up mouse poop out of an old cabin. Works perfectly for this!
