The mounting solution is good and the suction strength is okay. My only complaint is that the retractability isn't very smooth or effective. Not sure if I've gotten a faulty unit but that is my experience.

First thing I will say, the review below is very negative and I would not purchase this unit again having seen its flaws. With that being said the Customer Service team at Giraffe Tools was great and addressed my issues.I got this in order to complete my home detailing set up. The biggest issue I am seeing so far is the suction. This machine does not have near enough suction to properly detaila vehicle. I was under the assumption that since it was a Giraffe Tools product that it would be top-notch, but this one needs a little more engineering to the motor. I have no doubt that it is built well, but it is definitely underpowered and does not function well. Install with breeze, I just wish it functioned like I expected it too. If you’re looking for a high-powered wall-mounted vacuum to use for detailing that I would suggest looking into another product until they work out their kinks with this one.

Suction is very low and they didn't think about actually use like clogs in the hose. The concept is good the execution of it was very poor.Edit customer service worked with me to make it right.

I love this vacuum. Although it's a bit pricey I love the retractable hose feature which is the main reason why I purchased it. I have a shop and a shop vac which works great but the cord and the hose are always all over the place. The shop vac has stronger suction but its a great trade off. Like I said the retractable 30ft hose and the remote on and off switch on the nozzle is great.

This vacuum cleaner is well designed for garages. Fits well on the side of my 2-car garage with a hose that can reach the farther parked car. It also has a powerful suction. The blue tooth switch on the handle makes it very convenient to use. Installation was not difficult. With a power drill, a stud-finder and socket wrench set, installation becomes easy.

We love the convenience of having the Giraffe vacuum handy and ready whenever we need to use it. The vacuum works great. We had a small issue upon delivery and Giraffe customer service, thank you Grace, went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this product and th Giraffe company.
