This is top grade stainless steel and is heavy gauge. Cleans easily, does not sag and it can hold the following: I use it for smoking. Whole Chickens, Vertically Cooked Rip, Boston Butt and/or Pulled Pork. You could use it for turkeys even though I don't. Whole 4 or 5 lb. chickens (it can do 2 at a time if needed). I highly recommend this

Not good for a large turkey, roasts, ham or prime rib. Would be very good with medium and small roasts.

I’ve had several other types of racks in the past and this is the best to date. Since receiving it last week, I’ve roasted a 22 pound turkey and a pair of 6-pound chickens. This rack is wonderfully stable to manage the heavy birds and it cleans easily without the finish flaking off. It looks new after a short wash by hand. IT is low enough to store easily and light enough for easy movement. It fits perfectly in my All Clad roasting pan. What a treat to find such a well made product that will last. Thanks for making this available at a very reasonable price.

I use it in my smoker almost exclusively, my wife oven cooked a rib roast and I smoked a ham to feed the assembled multitude. The rack is very sturdy and the handles are well thought out and easy to use. As it is coated, I can clean it with just a few brush strokes, hot water and soap. I'd buy another.

I finally bought this rack after years of using a cheap, multi adjustable dinky rack that never failed to collapse on one side or both after Turkey was put on.I purchased a pan & this rack combo as a gift & saw I could buy just the rack separate, so I did.i am glad I did.It is sturdy, heavy duty rack that was a wonderful addition to my kitchen baking tools. It was easy to lift a large turkey out of pan in this rack & not worry about rack malfunctioning.It cleans up easily & I store it inside my roaster pan.If debating, purchase it, I think you will be pleased.

I have had many roasting racks over the years. This is by far the best I've ever bought. My turkey was beautiful, nicely browned all over. To top it off it was a breeze to clean. I bought the XL one it was the perfect size for a stuffed 18 lb. Turkey. I highly recommend it!!!

I prefer Turkey and cook a few per year. I was tired of my prior racks lacking the quality and ease of cleaning. This product is made of Stainless Steel, is a larger size to fit my baking pan and is not only great looking, it out-performs any racks I've had prior. The larger size can even allow me to cook two chickens on it. I feel based on all aspects of this rack it can be referred to as a professional Chef's tool. I am a very diverse home chef [+50 years of cooking and baking experience] and do not really eat out. My home kitchen contains products like this which are essential for my needs. This one is a keeper!
