Rib Racks for Ninja OG800 and OG900 Series,Grill Stand for Ninja OG850 OG951 Woodfire Pro Connect Premium XL Outdoor Grill and Smoker,Stainless Steel 304 Outdoor Grill AccessoriesI ordered this on March 5th, arrived on March 7th, via Amazon, delivery driver did not follow delivery instructions and left it in the wrong place, in view of the road for porch pirates to see.The fit and finish is fine, no sharp edges or burrs, material is 304 stainless steel, so is rust resistant but is not rust proof. The diameter of the stainless steel rod is sufficient to hold ribs on the edge and not fall over, the width between rows is enough for ribs but not wide enough if grilling Big Bone Beef Ribs with 3” cuts of meat plus the bone (unless you squish it in).I love grilling and love smoking ribs in my kamado smoker, so am looking forward to the next three day weekend. Because first chance I get I’m using this grill stand.The suggested MSRP is reasonable. I have no complaints on the quality of this stand, am giving it a 5 Star rating.

Good sized rib rack for what I need. It's small enough to fit in my pit barrel so I can cook on the rack instead of hanging them for competition purposes. Solidly built.

Sorry, I just had to say that. Good rack for the short ribs that I like to smoke. The rack has fairly short dividers with relatively wide spacing so it would have a hard time keeping pork or beef back ribs vertical. The short ribs i like to smoke are short and very meaty so this rack works perfectly. The rack does well in the dishwasher, it comes clean and doesn't rust.

Amazin value being as it’s stainless steel and a solid welded frame. The gaps are nice and wide. You’ll even have room in between ribs for the probe after the wrap. I’m not worried about havin to clean this thing because the way it’s built everything is pretty easily accessible. Don’t worry about your rib sticking either just lay the bone side to the steel and keep your meat side pretty. You’ll even be able to sprinkle some seasoning and spray apple cider vinegar on em. I’d say they cooked a little faster too and more even. You get pretty good flow between the ribs. 100% suggest buying this if you smoke ribs. This rack is built, pretty smooth to where I don’t think my foil is gonna rip while putting em in and out the rack or even while checkin on em. I really like cookin em like this better than flat on the grates, and of course you save some space and have more room for cookin.

I made the mistake, twice, of just ordering a 'rib rack'. I mistakenly thought that my model was included in their usage parameter--WRONG!! I learned that you need to make sure that you know your SPECIFIC Ninja Woodfire grill model and match it with a rack that has YOUR model number listed!! This rack is a shorter rack than the others, allowing the lid to close. Yes, it will hold up to four racks, but you will need to trim the racks on the ends and cook those smaller pieces later. A rack, in it's full length, uncut, will not fit on it properly, so don't expect it. The rack allows you to cook more meat, with better heat/smoke control, with all pieces on end.

I got this rib cooking rack for my Ninja Woodfire grill 8 in 1 Outdoor Pizza Oven. I have the 00101 model, and the interior dimension is roughly 13” by 13.5”, with plenty of height. This rib rack is only 11” by 11.5”, so it easily fits in there and I can set it right in the roasting tray.I was very impressed when I received this rib rack. It is quite heavy, made of solid 304 Stainless Steel wires. These wires are very thick and sturdy, they won’t bend or deform at all. It is expertly welded together, too. The whole thing just looks and feels like excellent quality that will probably last a very long time.This rack has slots for 4 long rib roasts to be suspended up on their sides, so both the fronts and the backs (and all the sides) can be cooked at the same time. The heat can circulate all the way around the meat, cooking it to perfection.I am going to take the advice of other reviewers and really grease up the rack beforehand and soak it in a bucket immediately after cooking to expedite cleaning. But I’m certainly not going to let cleanup stop me from enjoying the use of these perfect rib roasting racks! Now I’m just going to have to plan a dinner party so I can have a reason for roasting 4 racks of ribs at a time!

This Rib Rack by Outspark is surprisingly heavy. Aligned in vertical rows, it is made to slow-roast ribs on your grill or smoker. However, even with a cooking spray, there is still something of a cleaning problem left behind. I suppose you could flame them clean (haha), but I'm going to have to vote for doing the immediate clean-up followed by a good bucket soaking to remove the residue--a little more than I'm willing to do for my food.They are high quality and I'm sure people who grill a lot will find them amazing. However, I am a lazy cook, and it turns out that I hate cleaning even more. So: if you are a frequent griller, have at it. For me though, I have to give them merely 4 stars. If there's a clean-up secret I'm missing, I'd love to know.

This is a sturdy, well made rib rack, worked well for smoking 3 racks of ribs in the Ninja Woodfire Grill. What I didn’t like was how much the ribs stuck to the rack respite greasing it beforehand. Needless to say, it was a challenge to clean. It also gets pretty heavy with 3 racks or ribs loaded, which can be cumbersome and hard to manage.
