There's no bottom to hold the beer can. When removing chicken from the grill you have to somehow, without burning yourself, secure the red-hot can. I dumped hot beer and grease on my patio. Into the recycle bin they'll go.

These are great! Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I recycled a soup can to put lemons and herbs in, fit inside cut out for beer can perfectly.
