This is decent quality, depending on what you are cooking it may be hard to clean so this is heavily dependent on you are the chef

It’s not that sturdy. But does it's job best. Not that easy to clean but once clean looks like new.

Exactly what needed to warm up tortillas compared to throwing them directly on the stove fire. It worked well and the handle made it easy. I preferred the square shape it fits other things better than the round shape

It is perfect for puffing phulkas. I tried using it was good. It was steady. Worth for the amount paid.

Great for doing naan/flatbreads direct on flame to give than more authentic charred look/flavour

I bought these to make "phulkas", a kind of fat-free, flat Indian bread. I don't have a gas herd, only an electric one. The phulkas puff up and come out exactly like they're meant to with this. The product is sturdy and works well.

Got the product yesterday and tried to make "Pulka" Roti. I made the dough, rolled it into thin discs, used a cast iron griddle to do the initialfew seconds of heating until small bubbles begin show up and then transferred to the this Wire Roaster Rack ( which was somewhat hot) and increased the flame. It didn't bubble up. In fact the bottom side of the Roti ended up with "grill marks". I ended up making the Roti on the cast iron griddle. It took a little longer. My Rotis turned out to be soft which tells me there was nothing wrong with the dough or how I rolled it. I could be wrong but the product didn't work out for me. Open for suggestions and feedack from my fellow Amazonians!

Upon writing this review, I've had this item now for less than a week and have used it almost daily since I got it. Here are the pros and cons.Pros:Size is good - the square rack covers the full area of the burner coils.Lightweight - easy to lift so that you can transfer the chapati directly to a warming tray.Cons:Wires - thin and discoloring. My cooling racks have thicker wires. I've used this chapati rack almost daily since I got it and the wires have started to turn a slight brown. I hope it's not rusting. Description of the item said "stainless steel," so I'm wondering why it's changing color.Rack feet height - not tall enough. It's only about half inch so it's barely elevated from the heating coils. In order to get my chapati to puff up consistently, I need to have the burner on high heat. The feet are too short which make it too close to the coils resulting in burned chapatis with dark grill marks.Rack feet location - not far enough to the edges of the rack. When I place it over our smaller burner coils, the rack feet sit on the drip pan rim and the rack slides off and becomes uneven. When I place the chapati rack over our larger burner coils, the feet sit directly on top of the outermost coil and any slight movement dislodges the rack from its position and gets wedged between the burner coils and again becomes uneven. Perhaps if the rack feet were farther out to the edge of the rack, it would sit on the stove and not on the coils or the drip pan rim. This current design is good for flat radiant ranges with no burner coils.Price - not worth the $14 paid.
