Love everything about the toilet seat, except it stopped performing one of the main selling points and that is the slow close seat. The lid still closes slowly but the seat itself now slows down. Trying to contact seller for a replacement or refund now.

Not impressed with the accompanying instructions (they could have been illustrated and worded much better--need to learn from ikea!) but I am pleased with the toilet seat itself. Seems like it's sturdy and will give many years of use. Because I'm elderly female and never replaced a toilet seat ever, my frustration with directions probably added to the time length of the project. I'm sure a man would have an easier task. Companies should keep in mind that they sell to a broad range of people & assembly should be made easy for everyone.

Could almost buy a replacement toilet for the same price! Thought about it... $100 for a chunk of plastic is ridiculous but waddya do I guess.

Even though this was not an exact fit for my toilet there are many ways to attach it. If is too long but it works well and is very comfortable.

This is a good replacement seat. It only suffers by direct comparison with the original seat, which is a fraction longer and the lid is a bit more rigid, so it doesn’t flex when you lean back. That said, you would only know this comparing them side by side, and at this price, this seat is a very good offering. It looks correct, it’s easy to install, it’s colour correct, and strong.
