I cannot believe this seat. It is very comfortable unlike the old one that I had prior. The slow close amazes me. You just touch it and it slowly closes all by itself. No having to put it down or it slamming. I would highly recommend. Glad I purchased this one!!!!!!!

This is worth buying. It is a comfortable seat, looks nice, and closes ever so slowly with no sound at all. You couldn't get this seat to 'slam' down if you tried. We had a wooden one which discolored badly in a short time. When you see this 'plastic' toilet seat you will find it appears more like porcelain which is really nice. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is bolted onto the toilet with no quick disconnect. Most modern toilet seats are designed with a quick disconnect for clearning.

This toilet seat fits perfectly in our toilet. With clear instructions given, I was able to switch the old toilet seat in about 7 minutes. Well made and looks nice.

This item isn't as described. Seats quality is poor and appears to be made of thin plastic .My son installed it and was unable to fit it correctly on top of bowl. It moved even after retightening the plastic bolts on the back serveral times. . I am returning mine. This seat definitely isn't one Id recommend.

Have not had to retighten the seat to the commode. That was the main quality we were looking for. The quality of the material is not the best. If you set on the closed seat you can feel it try to buckle under you (I weigh 120lbs) Husband states it was easy to install.
