The best toilet seat!. This is by far the best toilet seat purchase over the years. Very sturdy, fits our round bowl perfectly, does not wiggle and was so simple to install. The seller even provided a video to watch before ordering. I got the one with brush nickel. Do not hesitate to purchase.

I'm way more excited than one should be about a toilet seat. This was the 3rd try (order) and i'm finally happy lol. i made the mistake of thinking a soft cushion seat was a good idea for a lasting seat. i didn't even get to find out about the lasting part cause immediately the order (round fit) was too small, then the 2nd (elongated) was too big, Nothing felt right and so i abandoned the cushion idea and just went with what i knew would be a standard fit on my bum. i'm a small person so not sure what was happening. this is such a nice seat and easy to clean and sparkles. and it has slow closing technology which is just too cool. beyond the fit and sleekness, the fastening is solid and immovable if tightened correctly. this product proves you can have a nice toilet seat for under 30 bucks, so happy. get it and think of me when you realize ur satisfied too.

It'd a pretty sturdy seat. Both the white of the seat, and gkmd of the hindges, are perfect. Extremelly easy to install and perfect fit.It's a hefty seat with good weight, and has a nice slow close lid. Pretty easy to clean and holding up well so far.Great color to fit my theme and good price.

Nice quality seat. Installation was a little difficult due to the self-closing hinge. Be sure to keep the hinge posts perpendicular to the bowl and keep them fully inserted into the holes as you tighten the nuts. The tall/long break-away nuts work very well and make tightening them very easy vs regular nuts that can get to low, into the bowl when tightening them...

Toilet seats are a thing you don’t really think about till your’s breaks, then you got a decision to make.I found this at a great price and with excellent reviews so I ordered.The seat and lid finish is without blemish. The hardware is slightly smaller than the boxy hardware of the old seat. I’d say more elegant if such a word could be ascribed to a toilet seat.When I removed the old seat I found the hardware under the hinge to be identical. Which simplified the installation.The old seat lasted about 18 years so I’m hoping this one does as well.

I bought a plastic seat when the existing seat broke. But after having installed it on a toilet with a bidet, I realized it wasn't that sturdy and the front flexed up when sat upon. I could have lived with that, but while no hard toilet seat is very comfortable, that one actually hurt to sit on. I lived with it for a couple of weeks and finally thew it out, replacing it with this one. Installation is a bit more complicated. You're supposed to tighten it with a wrench from underneath until the plastic pieces break. I tightened it until it felt like they were going to break and stopped in case I had to loosen it to reset the bidet. The plastic seat was attached with screws fastened from above. The quiet close on this seat works once it is tightened down. I have other wooden enameled toilet seats and they've lasted me for 18 years and I expect them to last another 18 years, so while plastic promises greater durability, the practical difference in my case at least has not been significant.

This is a nice seat. I don’t know if I have an oddball toilet or what, but every time I tighten the lid to the toilet one side (left) gets a gap in the hinge. The other side is fine. I only hand tighten the hardware so I know it’s not over done. I love the look of this seat, it’s just fits oddly on my toilet which is round. It seems sturdy, one of the hardware pieces came broken, but I made it work as is, I even removed these pieces to see if they were causing the hinge to stretch out. It was a good price and will be easy to clean.

This a replacement for my old one. The old one had chrome hinges (nicer) but this one has brushed chrome or nickel but ok I guess.A bit more expensive than the run of the mill seats but quality is quality. the old one is going to get painted with white CORROSTOP paint which hardens like a nice & smooth plastic finish.... good enought for the cottage ! Quiet closure ensures you don't bang the seat at 3 a.m. !!
