I bought these to replace my old cheesecake pans. I loves the fact that i got three different sizes so i could try a new recipe with a small batch and not ruin a whole cheesecake if it didnt turn out good.

Made My very first Lemon Dream Cheesecake. It came out beautifully! I highly recommend this pan! Very easy to use. I didn't have to use foil around it either. Very easy to clean. Parchment paper was perfectly sized. I do have the paper pushed up in the pic because we didn't let it cool overnight before we dove in to this Lemon Dream Cheesecake.
