Perfect size to fit in my 8qt Instantpot. Making a cheesecake was super easy and it removed from the pan perfectly. I think it should be priced a little less for how small it on but then again it's a specialty item and it solved my needs.

Nordic ware never misses and this was another win. Great product and quality as always. I had no sticking on the sides or bottom. It also fits in the Instantpot if you need it for that! Awesome way to make a cheesecake.

This cheesecake pan was just delivered, and I can say that this has to be the most durable cheesecake pan I have ever had. When I filled the cheesecake pan with water to wash it the water did not leak out of the bottom of the pan! I have a feeling this is going to be my go-to brand of cheesecake pans to buy!

The base comes handy to enable handling. Correct size, as per description. Cheesecake did not stick to bottom or sides (though I always use some baking pam). Used it on a 6 Qt. Instant Pot. Excellent experience.

The pan releases easily and is non stick. I used it in the instant pot to make a round lasagna and it was perfect! Amazon replaced the first pan for free as it didn't fall into the rim nicely. Great service! Pan is not made in the US unlike the other Nordicware pans fyi.

Buen molde, lo eh usado sin problemas, nada de filtraciones aunque no lo eh utilizado para masas muy liquidas y siempre utilizo papel pergamino en el fondo y alrededor.

This is by far the best springform pan I have ever used. Definitely leakproof, and very easy to clean. I would suggest to use a non abrasive sponge when cleaning, e.g. dobie sponge or best to follow what is in the care instruction. I ordered 6" and 9", used the 6" springform pan for a keto cheesecake. It didn't stick and it baked evenly. For me, the cheesecake came out with a perfect size and height. It keeps the cake stable after bake. *Be careful when using sharp edge spatula or pointed knife when running it along the inside edge of the pan, when trying to remove the cake with this pan. Also, I don't have any problems with the item, so far.. it also came right in time. I may or may not add more comments in the future, but as of now, it works very well and it doesn't have any scratches or damages when it was delivered.

I bought this 7-inch springform pan specifically to be used in my Instant Pot (Ultra 6qt), and it fits perfectly! I probably could have sized up by another 0.5", but I appreciate the extra space around the pan for better leverage in lifting it out. Nordic Ware has a reputation for being high quality, and you can certainly feel how well made it is once the packaging is removed. My household is a lover of cheesecake, so I was thrilled by the prospect of making it in a fraction of the time in the Instant Pot. The first meal I made using this springform pan was lasagna since I had leftover pasta sauce in the fridge and a handful of lasagna noodles left in the box. I found a recipe online and had dinner ready in no time! (see pics - I got a nice crust on the top by throwing it under the broiler for a few minutes till it was browned). Lasagna of this size fed 4 adults with zero leftovers.I also love the height of the pan, as I find that it is higher than most. It has the perfect shape for making a tall, jiggly Japanese matcha green tea cheesecake in a conventional oven.My only gripe is that though this pan claims to be "leakproof", there was a tad bit of liquid from the pasta sauce that leaked out, but remained in the groove of the bottom pan which served as a reservoir (see pic). Other than that, no other complaints!

Bought this pan for Instant Pot (pressure cooker) cheesecakes. Perfect pan. I have the IP-DUO80 (8-quart) & wondered about a 7" pan vs. an 8" (which will fit); am glad I went with the 7" b/c it seems that 99% of the pressure-cooker cheesecake recipes are written for a 7" pan. Fits nicely on the trivet that came with my IP, so it's easy to lift out (the 8" would've been challenging b/c you'd have to get an oven-gloved hand in there). Pan is well made w/ a snug fit when snapped shut. (No clue how leakproof it really would be w/ a water bath in regular oven; not a factor w/PC.) I remove the cheesecake to a serving plate after cake has chilled overnight (don't cut directly on it unless you're using a plastic knife). Bottom of pan flexes a bit as I'm mashing the graham-cracker crust down; was a little disconcerting when I made my first cheesecake but it's no big deal: now I either rest the pan on my other hand so I can apply counterpressure, or ignore it b/c it doesn't crack the crust anyway. My friend's electric pressure cooker came with a super-cheap cheesecake pan (you could push out the bottom when the pan was closed); I'm so glad I got this one & will recommend it to her b4 she has a cake-on-the-floor cooking disaster.Re: springform vs. tart-style (push-up bottom) pan: I'm an experienced baker & I still get a little nervous when handling tart-style pans; always feel like I'm two seconds away from accidentally pushing up the bottom disk. Springform is much easier to handle: important w/ pressure-cooker cheesecake b/c the PC's trivet may have metal wires that protrude upward when handles are spread apart (in the area where the handles' wire wraps around the base's wire); not sure if those wire bumps could push up a bottom disk but I'm not interested in taking that chance.

Overall, this is a good springform pan with a non-stick coating, which does not tarnish or rust like the chrome/steel springforms. I'd still recommend greasing it, as it's not that non-stick. It's really not that leakproof either, especially if you're baking something liquidity, such as butter & brown sugar for an upside down cake, The rivets that attach the latch are somewhat flimsy and loose. Also the base pan could be easily dented, which may be what you get with aluminum. It is a handy size for baking something small, but not too small.
