This pan is very nice, it looks and works like a very expensive set. I am just learning to do a lot of different styles of baking and I needed a springform pan to get a perfect cheesecake mastered. The pan washes quickly and easily. It is easy and fast to undo the ohter ring and remove it cleanly from yoyr baked item. And the silicone accessories are just a nice extra that makes this a good choice. I will update once I see how this set dles over a few more months.

I had never seen a cake pan that comes with a silicone case, so I thought it was neat. So far I see no cons. Here’s what I like:- It’s made of stainless steel, which is a hard find. Most cake pans are coated with nonstick chemicals.- The protective silicone case not only protects your oven from eventual leaks, it makes for more even heat distribution and depending on what you’re baking, it can help for an easier bake, preventing the center from rising higher than the edges, which is common for cakes.- The 50 parchment sheets that come along with it is such a nice, useful touch! It makes for the release of the bake much simpler and stress-free.The only “con” I suppose, is, because it is made of stainless steel, even though it's nonstick, I think it's a good idea to make sure to grease and flour the inside of your pan very well before placing the batter in, so it will come out easily. The two add-ons that come with this pan (the silicone case and the parchment paper) aren’t really necessary but make for such a nice touch when choosing this among others. But mainly what caught my eye is that it’s made of stainless steel. Nice pan!

I've been using this 9-inch springform pan for a few weeks now, and it's been working out well. The stainless steel construction feels very sturdy and durable, and I expect it to last a long time. The springform mechanism works smoothly, and the pan doesn't leak, which is essential for cheesecakes and other delicate desserts.I appreciate that it came with a silicone pan protector and parchment paper, which have been helpful in preventing sticking and making cleanup easier. However, it is very important to note this pan is plain stainless steel, and not a non-stick coated pan as many people may be used to. So be sure to use either the silcone mat, or parchment paper that is provided, or be prepared to use a lot of grease or butter. The size is perfect for most cheesecake recipes, and the removable bottom makes it easy to release the cake without damaging it. I've also used it for other types of cakes and pastries, and it's worked well every time. The only minor downside is that, because it isn't nonstick, cleanup is a bit more involved. Also, the clasps can get hot after long bake times.Overall, I'm happy with this springform pan. It's well-made, functional, and a good value for the price. If you're looking for a reliable springform pan for baking cheesecakes and other desserts, this is a solid option.

I found this springform pan a solid choice for home baking, especially for cheesecakes and delicate cakes. I feel the stainless steel construction supports durability and long-lasting use, while the nonstick coating makes it easy to remove the baked goods without sticking. The leak proof design prevents batter from leaking out, (which I totally loathe) which is a fundamental feature for recipes with ample amounts of liquid. The included silicone pan protector and 50 pieces of parchment paper was a bonus extra convenience for preparing and cleaning up. Also the removable bottom makes it easier to release cakes, another must for any springform pan in a baker’s repertoire.I did worry that the nonstick coating may wear off over time if not properly maintained. This has not happened yet, but it is on the back of my mind. I have also noticed that the clasp on the springform is not the most secure; it feels a little flimsy. Because of the nonstick coating, even with the parchment paper, the pan can sometimes be slightly harder to clean. In the end, this pan is a great option for anyone looking to bake cheesecakes or similar desserts, but it could benefit from a sturdier clasp and more durable nonstick finish.

This is my first springform pan, and I'm pleased to have it. A springform pan certainly beats an iron skillet for cooking cheesecake! The pan is well made with stainless steel, so it should last for many years. It assembles and disassembles easily, so setup to make a cheesecake is easy and cleaning afterwards isn't a chore. The inclusion of 50 pieces of parchment paper to line the bottom is nice because you really need them under a classic cheesecake and since they're included you don't need to buy them separately. The silicon pan protector does a great job of protecting the pan and your oven from spills. The cheesecake recipe I used didn't run over much, but what did went into the bottom of the silicon protector, which is much easier to clean than the bottom of your oven. The seal between the bottom and sides of the pan didn't leak even though it's just metal to metal. I took pics of the pan, and of the cheesecake I made with it at different stages to give you, the buyer, a good idea of what to expect. In short there are no surprises, and even though this is my first pan of this type my cheesecake came out great. 5 stars all around! And yes, the cheesecake was delicious. My 9 year old granddaughter said so!

Occasionally I make New York style cheesecake. I always bake them in a Baine Marie, a water bath. Springform pans are not water tight. In past I have wrapped the springform pan in foil, but I have had instances where water somehow got in. ruining the cake.I like this set for a couple of reasons. I much prefer pans made of stainless steel over aluminum, this pan is stainless steel. It seems very well made. I like the fact that the silicone outer pan guarantees no water will get into the spring form pan. Finally I like the precut parchment sheet, they are very convenient.
