My masseuse has been recommending that I make better use of foam rollers for my legs and back, so I decide to go searching for a set. This set provides all the main things you need for sports therapy at a very reasonable price. Compared to other options, the foam rollers, balls, etc., are very good quality, sturdy but not uncomfortable to use. I especially like that it comes with two different sizes of foam rollers, as the small one comes in handy on the legs. Overall a great set at a great price. Highly recommended.

Good price and product and very quick delivery. The roller is textured and really helps work out the middle back. The extra items, small roller and rubber balls help to focus on specific areas.

I've had trouble with tightness and muscle pain and really wanted this to work, but I just have no idea how it works, or how to make it work for me. I guess this is more for the experienced user. I tried using the leg roll and the back roll and it was just lots of pain and awkwardness. Now, I'm NOT saying they can't/don't work, but I just don't know how they work. The lack of instructions was a huge issue for me. I mean it shows the places you can use them, but doesn't give any instructions or insights as to how to use them. Is it my fault? I don't know, but maybe even just something simple like, "put this here and move your leg this way", or something along those lines.If I can find a YouTube video or some type of instructions online and get to use it properly, then I'll come back and update. The product feels very well made, looks like great quality and you get a few items in the set, so I'd say it's a good value for the price. However, at this moment, I'm rating it 3 stars based on the lack of instructions.

First off, if you have no idea how to use a foam roller, this is not where you should be starting. You'd be doing yourself a favor by spending some time on youtube and learning what SMR is and buying a much softer open cell foam roller. This set, IMO, is too firm for a novice.That said, this is a great set for SMR. IT IS FIRM. The large roll is literally PVC pipe with a thin covering of firm foam. It is not a gentle relaxing massage. It is quite stiff, and it will be uncomfortable if you are not used to foam rolling. It will probably be uncomfortable even if you roll with a white or blue roll regularly. If you use a black roller, regularly, this is a step up from that. If you use a rogue blue-flecked black, this is that kind of firm. If your foam roller is squishy, at all, this is much firmer. K?That out of the way, the large roller is a little short and a little narrow for my tastes, but it is effective. Quads, lats, glute max, neck, you name it, you can hit it with this. The smaller "foot" roller is decent for that, but it's really much better at working piriformis and glute medius. The ball on the string is better than I expected - it's basically a slightly squishier lacrosse ball with some wavy patterns on it that you can lower down your shoulders/traps/scaps without having to pick it up off the floor every 3 minutes. This is great for being able to locate the spot you're trying to hit, but the attached string often spools up, which makes even medium strokes a little difficult. Sticking with shorter strokes and circles works well. The lacrosse ball is more or less a lacrosse ball - get a tennis ball instead if you don't know what that means for your glutes.All told, I would definitely recommend this set for anyone wanting a *FIRM* short roller and some useful accessories.

I have really appreciated the quality and functionality of the product with one caveat, the ball will not stay on the string or the string will not stay on the ball, which ever way you like. Everything else has performed as needed.

The foot roller is very nice and works well on the arch. My fiancé likes the bigger roll for his back and thighs.
