I bought this one to replace one that broke the disc would not eject. This one is faster responding than the old one.

This works great as a DVD player. The remote is small and a little difficult for large hands, but it works great too. But as with most Sony products, there are actually very few apps remaining. Just the standard Netflix, YouTube, Vudu and Prime and a bunch of small things no one uses. You cannot download any other apps like HBO or Hulu without using some type of hack work around. I guess Sony will only offer apps on its Android TVs from now on. I'm disappointed.
