Granite artificial rock is made from resin materials to look like real granite, with the same texture and patterns. We cleverly use granite and a water pump to make a comfy home for little birds.
It should be noted that this solar-powered bird bath fountain pump does not work in cloudy, rainy, night, or sheltered conditions.

The solar should store up power. It only runs while sun is shining on solar panels.

The unit is a bit costly and it will take a week or so in a semi-shaded garden for the battery to have enough charge to operate.

Unlike the little panels for solar outdoor landscape lights and floodlights, this doesn't store any charge. It will only work when the sun is shining directly on it. Even a shadow will cause the pump to stop. Considering the sunlight is moving throughout the day, it is pretty much impossible to keep it in direct sun for long. Unless you can move the panel around throughout the day, it won't work for long.
