These are good. Stack very neatly and I love that you can use them at different heights.

I really like using these. It comes with 3 different sizes so you can build up. I actually put the 2 smaller ones together so they are the same size as the larger one and use them together for calf raises and such.

You get three pieces with this product. For me, the slighter angle pieces needed to be stacked to make it useful. It might be nice to start with the slighter angle pieces for some, I started out with them but found them to be too slight. I am sure they will be perfect for some people though. (two different slight angles)So I ended up with two pretty much equal wedges or ramps. When you stack up the two slighter angle pieces they are pretty close to the steeper angle piece. I find that doing both at the same time is better than one at a time. You can feel it stretching out the back of your leg. I like to do it often for short periods of time. They are made of a hard smooth foam type material which has no grip when wearing socks. They do not give like some foam, they are not meant to be soft. Since there is no grip, I just slide down the ramp. At first I was frustrated by this. With shoes on or barefoot it works fine. Also with socks it is fine as long as you want your heal on the ground, it will end up there anyway when you slide down the ramp.I noticed that in the photos, people are wearing shoes and are not bottomed out at the end of the ramp. I find myself using this either right out of bed barefoot or with shoes/slippers on with good arch support the most. I do wish they had a little grip. The price is great, they work fine, I might consider putting some kind of abrasive tread material on the surface at some point. You could of course make your own out of wood but I doubt you would save any money or have a better result.

I have tight calf muscles and this has been an effective tool to use to stretch. I bought one for my home use and after a few days purchased another one for my office. It makes it easy to do a quick stretch when on a conference call or between meeting. They are both light weight and durable. Also, since they come as three stackable pieces, it is easy to adjust the stretch tension. I am happy with my purchases.

Bought this to help me continue my physical therapy at home. They work well, good quality and having them makes me workout more and maintain my progress for strengthening and stretching. Size fits into my bag for traveling.

Light, but also easy to fall apart. Slides on low carpeted áreas and won't last long depending on shoes you use. Wouldn't buy again

I use these for ATG split squats, 2-leg squats, and Poliquin step-ups, all with heels high, toes low. Wearing shoes, I don't slip on them. Two 8.5° blocks and one 17° block allows for single leg (8.5° or 17°) and two leg (8.5° or 17°) exercises. Regular squats and a leg press machine aggravate my Patellar tendon but squats on these doesn't. They are light and slide around the floor but don't once I'm standing on them. I like being able to adjust how wide apart they are (using a Yoga block) which wouldn't be possible with a wooden slant board. I would buy them again.

I bought these slant boards bc I have planter faciitis and my dr recommended them. They are very good. They come in three parts. Two boards are the same size and can be used one on each foot. I use them on leg day and they have helped improved my biomechanics. You can stack the two small boards to equal the third size. If you do then you'll have the same size board for each foot. Finally, all three boards can be stacked for one board with a tall slant. I recommend these boards. I keep one small board in my bag to stretch before I play pickleball. This part is an update. I bought a set of boards for my trainer for Christmas. We have been using mine for leg day. They have made such a difference in my workout. He is going to use them with his other clients.

These are well constructed and very sturdy. They do not seem like they will compress over time and can hold up to my body weight. One thing that bothers me is that the texture of these is very slippery with socks, so you must wear shoes to stretch with these which can be quite inconvenient. I do love the book of stretch exercises provided with the product as those have been very helpful.

I got this product to try out instead of buying a one piece slant board. I like this because it offers versatility in that you can spread out the individual blocks to accommodate how far apart you want to set your feet. They are light and easy to carry in your gym bag. The three pieces it comes with allows you to change different slant angles, which is a plus also.Being that they are hard density foam, they do tend to be a tad slippery when using it with bare feet. With shoes or socks, it’s no problem. One can remedy this by adding some skateboard tape for some extra traction. If you’re wondering about how much weight it can take, I weigh 215 lbs and the high density foam does not feel like they are sinking in.If you’re new to the slant board game, I highly recommend this piece of equipment. It’s affordable compared to a one piece slant board and it’s very sturdy and light weight. As mentioned above, the only negative I have is the slight slipperiness of it when used with bare feet but that can be fixed with some skateboard tape or just put your shoes on.
