Product length and height is a little smaller than expected. The foam is light weight but feels durable enough to support my weight without feeling like it is going to warp the material. It is also grips my shoes and doesn't feel like I will be slipping off the board when using it. Because of the smaller size I think it will function better to support stretching or body weight exercises and not barbell squats. It is also easy to store with workout equipment without being too bulky.Overall I would prefer the product to be a little bigger and support my entire foot instead of just my heals. It would make it more comfortable and and not feel like there is as much pressure on my toes.

This incline board is sturdy and light, and while it helps with stretching and lower body mobility, I found myself wishing the incline was a bit steeper. Itβs not quite as elevated as I expected, which limits how deep of a stretch you can really get, especially for more advanced flexibility work. What I LikeLightweight and easy to move aroundEVA foam feels stable and doesnβt slideComfortable surface for barefoot useHelpful for ankle and calf stretchesIncludes a yoga ring for extra varietyConcernsIncline is lower than expected and limits deeper stretchingCould be more effective with a steeper or adjustable angleIt still does the job, especially for basic rehab or warm-ups, and itβs gentle enough for beginners or anyone easing into mobility work. But if youβre looking for something with a sharper incline for a more intense stretch or therapy session, this may leave you wanting more. It's a good start, just not quite the full push I hoped for.
