My calves get really tight and this has been amazing for stretching them out. I love that there are so many different heights to choose from, and it's really easy to change/adjust as needed. It's small and compact for easy storage, it's very durable, and I haven't had any issues with it holding my weight (even when I'm holding weights). It's a great product for the money, and it also functions exactly as described. Bonus: my feet don't slip even when I'm wearing socks. Just make sure you latch the top! If you don't, it can collapse.

I wanted to use this for both resistance training and stretching. However it turns out they're not very stable. I felt more wobbling than I would have liked when I attempted to use it with weights. So many of the photos on this product's page show the models using it with weights, but when I tried that, I definitely didn't feel safe.On the other hand, I had no problem using these boards for calf stretches, and actually found that they're also nice as a footrest when I'm at my desk. They do feel solidly built and the non-slip surface is very well-textured.

This is easy to use for calf stretching with different settings for low or high angles. I am able to feel a better stretch than my usual method of just propping my foot up against a stair, and I find myself stretching my calves more because this is in my gym.I saw a video with someone using this board for resistance training, doing some sort of squat on it. I personally would not use it for weight training - it can wobble a bit so it seems like a risk to use this with weights.

Currently I am dealing with achilles tendinitis and stretching my calves is part of my recovery routine. I really like that this board will fold up for storage and is very well made and adjustable. The board is easy to use, just unfold to set up, adjust the slant that is desired and begin stretching. Overall, this quality made slant board is a great for multiple functions and is a great workout board that will allow you to stretch properly and is priced very reasonably.

This thing adjusts easily, locks in to place, and folds up well for transporting. It’s easy to use, sort of annoying to have to get down in the floor to adjust but not hard to adjust. It has a lot of different levels which is great for lots of sitting. It’s built well and will hold up for a long while.

If you don't know whether or not you need a good calf stretch, then you need a good calf stretch, and this will absolutely deliver.I'm like 265 lbs, and there is no chance I'm gonna break this by standing on it for extended periods of time. And my ridiculous weight aside, I have a bit of experience with fitness, so the adjustable slant levels really make it easy to share this with my 5yo daughter. In fact, I got this for her because she still walks on her toes most of the time and I hoped this might help her stretch out those calf muscles so we can avoid any medical procedures to correct the issue. So far, she's shown a lot of improvement, or at least proven that she can walk on her heels when she remembers to.
